I'm never 100% sold on him. He's talented and puts it in, but he ain't a match winner.

This is where I am with him, I do think £32m is a fair enough deal for a player that hasn’t given much output in his time with us. Hope we can get a sizeable sell on clause added as he has plenty of years to improve.

I really like Bilal and in an ideal world we keep him.

But £35m for an attacker with 8 goals in over 150 career appearances? Is he really worth half of an Eberechi Eze?

We really, really have to replace him though.

Palace will be paying for potential as much as anything.  I mean  where was Eze at 21 ?

He'd had a 14 goals + 8 assists season for QPR.

If he stayed he'd be looking at a 10+ goasl and 20+ assists but in our situation we can't turn down > £30m.

If we get Rego in with a loan to buy option it seems fairly smart.

Who is supposed to score the goals he's assisting though? lol

I like BEK and he might go on to be a £50m+ player, but it's impossible to predict how things will pan out.

More often than not, high potential players who get moves like this don't really reach that next level (Piper, Joachim, Fofana, even Heskey and Chilwell arguably). Injuries, form, scouting etc are all massive factors.

Not saying he won't have a good career, but as things stand I feel like this is a better deal for Leicester than Palace.

If we've agreed 32mill with Palace and Spurs swoop in then tell Levy his price is 40mill.

But only for Spurs. They can drop it off the Skipp payments.

I reckon he’ll end up staying.

That was obviously the deal but Rudkin got swindled and levy sold rudkin hook line and sinker and blocked his number and will never fulfill his end of the psr deal now.

100% I think it was around the time Faes was linked there for the same fee.

Well it will be, won't it. But not sure we have much say on selling Bilal now. If Palace want him, he's gone.

Southampton are interested in Finn Azaz but Boro want £12m.

If Bilal goes he would be my choice to replace him.

There's no chance we're spending anywhere close to £10m on anyone this summer.

By the time Bilal goes and we think about spending £2m from his sale, Azaz will be a Southampton player with a goal and an assist to his name.
