Some of his footwork in tight spaces is absolutely outrageous.  Just a massive relief he seems to have come back from injury stronger than ever.

Genuinely our most exciting player for years.

Some of his stuff is Mahrez-esque.

Love his play and movement, and he seems the same off the pitch too - smiling, happy, joyful. Hope he stays fit this season. He brings a lot of enjoyment to the fans, which is essentially what football is all about.

I don't believe anyone is going to pay what we want after a year out with a ACL.

Same situation we had with Ricky P, he will be watched for a season before any decision is made.

Praying he doesnt go the same way as Ricky P.

He's exciting, and it's good to see he still appears to have his pace, but I don't think yesterday was his best game, there were occasions he perhaps took the wrong option.

But I expect he'll need a few games to get up to "match fitness" when I think he will look really sharp and slice through teams.

Please not to these, dear lord.

Fatawu, BEK, Vardy & Hermansen in one window would be a tough one to take 😂

That would be an awful move for him. Moyes would not know how to best use him. Fatawu would spend 80% of the time pressing the opposition and the rest of the time looking to run onto long/direct passes behind his marker.

Like we’ve had a truck load of managers lately that are better than Moyes eh. Perhaps Moyes actually plays a way best suited to the players he actually has rather than the ones he’d like to have and doesn’t slavishly follow the same fad or philosophy other failing managers do trying to big themselves up. It’s about winning games ultimately. Love him or hate him how did he do at West Ham? Where were Everton with all their problems when he took over and where did they finish? How did Leicester do?

Oh, I agree with nearly all of that. All I'm saying is that, in a Moyes system, Fatawu would be asked to utilise only some of his assets (pace, energy), but not the ones that make him exciting - the unpredictability and ability to beat players. Moyes is all about quick, direct transitions and playing balls in behind lines and then players running onto them.

I love his skills but his final ball and shooting is very often a let down. If he can crack that we’ll have no hope of keeping him long.

His shooting has room for improvement, sure. But his final ball has been outstanding for us. He was the 4th-highest assist maker in the Championship last time around.

If Southampton value Dibling at £40 million and turned down multiple bids, we need to put a £60 million price on Fatawu and tell Everton to **** off.

We need to stop being a soft touch in the transfer market.

They're still in the market for wide players even with Grealish.

They've moved onto Fatawu because Southampton have turned turned multiple bids for Dibling from them.

If Abdul gets sold this window along with BEK then sorry i am done.

Yet again we have been stringed along.

They have absolutely no idea of how to run a football club.

They wont replace them and we be basically mid to lower table.

Think this will send the fans over the edge.

Heard Cifuentes on the WYS podcast last night and he said "john rudkin knows my requirements when we met and i signed" well something along them lines.

Another manager who has been fed lies.

I agree we need to cull the squad but not our 2 best outfield players with creativity FFS

There’s probably little reality in the Fatawu rumour. Before the season started there were numerous statements saying we had interviewed Dyche for the managers job and he was on the shortlist to get the job. Dyche was interviewed last week and confirmed it was all absolute rubbish and he hadn’t spoken to the club at all.
