Genuinely cant believe any Premier league team will have seen Justin last season and thought "yeah, we could do with him"

He was just about our most contributory factor to getting relegated!

It's OK selling all these players but are any of them going to be replaced

That's what i ask myself whats it all about  .. we are being eaten away

We have gathered far far too many players recently, the fact many are no longer wanted or not good enough is a different problem!

Marti clearly want a smaller tighter group, plenty need to go.

Not convinced there will be any/many permanent in this window.

In all seriousness they really can't be stupid enough to pay 7mil for james Justin..

He's more washed than clothes stuck on a endless cycle of a washing machine that has a broken lock

We don't need to replace him. Coulibaly and Ricardo + Okoli occasionally are enough cover at this level

I totally agree get rid

Coulibaly had a season of great stats in Italy maybe he will push through this season.. I would sell if we got offered 7m, I do prefer him over VK at LB but with VK being injured unlikely we will be able to move him on, he would probably be ok in the Championship tbf.

He's got a loan back to Italy or France written all over him.

World class??

Have you been drinking?

Short term memory ? Pre injury he was one of the best full backs in the league and was on the verge of going to the euros

“He wants to get back to the Premier League.”

Why? Is he nostalgic for the thrill of opposition wingers and full backs rushing past him or the challenge of opponents vanishing into the distance whilst he labours after them

At least he was cheap.

He's hardly had a kick in pre-season, so seems very low down the pecking order!

€3mil when he had 6 months left on his contract is not cheap!

Depends what you are comparing it too.

It's subjective.

Let him go he's wank

Imagine being on the verge of an England call up in a side excelling towards European football only to be called "wank" years later.

With all the other bad attitudes and genuinely useless footballers at the club at the moment, I can't help but feel this is a bit unfair on JJ. As with Ricardo, without his injury it's a different conversation and he's one of our best players / biggest outgoings transfers.

That was more than 4 years ago, February 2021, hardly short term. I like JJ, he seems like a top pro, but objectively, he's been pretty poor since returning from that injury. Sadly, I don't think he's capable enough at the highest level anymore. He's okay at this level, but has struggled at the top level since that horrible injury.

Perfect sale this. We know he’s not good enough for the level above but I think he’s replaced fairly easily by Hamza. Also opens the door for Joseph and Aluko, let alone Woyo.

His wages off the book + anything north of £5m is good business.

If Marti had any intention of playing Woyo at all this season, he would have featured more in pre season. I mean what did he get? 5 minutes of playing time combined?

I don't know what the situation is but he's certainly not in the plans.

....and Joseph didn't get a squad number so I'm not sure he is either.

Understand that but that’s why I mentioned him third 😂 We’ve still got two other options + he’s just a warm body.

In and out of possession I just think he's a limited player and we all saw the high number of costly errors from him last season. The drop off in our build up play compared to when Ricardo is playing is like night and day. He has no impact offensively at all really. He's still got a great work rate but that's about it now. Would like to see him moved on personally as we have plenty of cover at full back.
