Your generosity and participation made the protest so much more effective.

We are all very greatful

Hope you get everything sorted and a new owner that wants the club for the right reasons👍

But jokes aside - fair play to the Wednesday fans. Hope that tit sells your club now and you get someone you actually deserve! Awful situation..

Football should be very much about the fans and the local community of each club. Fan engagement is getting recognised less and less every year at the top levels, as lots of owners and clubs with no knowledge or care about fan culture, ruin its traditions for their own purposes. I think the solidarity we saw came from that realisation. It certainly did for me.
I love the tribal nature of football, but that moment today was a moment of authentic togetherness, in comparison to the manufactured package football has become.

Loving the love for us on Owlstalk.

Yeah I saw that. Our fans don't often get much credit and most of the time it's deserved but today we showed real class did ourselves and Sheff Wednesday proud

There's a lot in football that requires fans of different clubs coming together to save clubs, the culture of football in this country, and the game in general. The Super League protests was one. This is another.

There are days when tribalism should take a back seat. So often we don't allow that to happen but today we did.

More power to Wednesday fans. I hope an actual fit and proper owner can come forward and buy the club, or it can go into fan ownership for a while. No club deserves the treatment they're getting but Wednesday especially are too proud and historic a club to be going through something like this.

He absolutely will have hated the publicity that today generated.

Good. Hope it lives with him for a very long time. And hopefully the protests or whatever is planned grows stronger and stronger.

Can't remember a noisier set of fans, those celebrations were incredible!

You certainly made your point. A peaceful protest that more than emphasises what needs to change, and I'm glad we could help play our part in shoving the message down Chansiri's throat. One of those rare moments that I'm prpud of our fanbase as a whole.

No football fan's club should ever be in the position they are in, and if your chairman has any sense, he should sell up as soon as possible.

Good luck for the rest of the season. You, as fans and as a team on the pitch, did Sheffield Wednesday proud. 👏

Great protest by the Wednesday fans and then a real top away end turned out thereafter.

If you’re one of the hundred or so in the seats from kick off, how are you not ashamed of yourself?

If you can’t miss 5 minutes of the match when your club’s future is under threat, what is wrong with you?

Yeah very odd. Unless there were circumstances that meant they had to be there

Could be disabled in some way. Have sensory issues, anxiety issues etc. I’m sure there’s good reasons.
