Not that this is an excuse, as they are paid a king's ransom to play for us and to perform to the best of their ability, but I wonder if the players are as p1ssed off with the lack of communication regarding the direction of the club and uncertainty for our future?

Absolutely amazes me the mentality of some of our fans or supporters clubs. Can you imagine if Palace/Newcastle after winning the Fa/EFL cup and getting European football, were dogshit less than two years later and got relegated? Newcastle probably have the 8th or similar highest wage budget as we did when we went down. There would be protests and uproar and rightly so if they turned so shite. Wouldn't have their fans going 'oh remember where we were when we had Bruce'. Or 'remember when we had Holloway'. 

 

The lax attitude of too many of our fans is a disgrace and supporting Top and his pals to the end...think we could be in League two with him and they'd still say 'well we won the Prem in 2016'. 

 

If anything the more success a club has, the more anger and vitriol should be displayed for what a **** up has been made to find how backwards the club has gone.

I agree that we should support the team in good times and bad. But as fans can't we also ask that players turn up in good times and bad? We aren't asking for a lot right now, just a bare minimum effort would be f*"cking nice.

We do back the lads. We want them to win. We won't just applaud them for fulfilling the fixture. Clapping them off after each of the 15 out of 16 defeats through last season made a real difference, didn't it?

Why are the club getting cliff and abudu to cheer lead?  What not just come out and say that what we are seeing is not good enough and that the clubs is prepared to make tough decisions to put thinsg right?

Get behind the lads! We can’t expect 100% effort from them or the board if we don’t cheer them on each and every moment, even while they’re playing/operating at a nearly non-league level.

I don’t agree with the booing of players and it makes me cringe when I hear it. But that statement is horrific. It must have come from the club. 
 

I was at Huddersfield away last week. 1800 of us making some decent noise supporting the lads. Midweek. What did we get in return? Players half arsed, not celebrating goals, and storming straight down the tunnel. Just a reminder as well that they’re being paid tens of thousands of pounds a week to be there, whilst the fans have had to make sacrifices to be there on a Wednesday night. 
 

Honestly, I’m shocked given the way the club is being run at the moment that any supporters group would release that.
