About 550k , or 28 mil a year - call it 25 mil to be safe - plus we have get a lot of from selling with no buys so far -  i can see a striker coming in hopfully

Must be getting on for £500k a week, or £25m a year, and about £30m in fees.

If we take the lower estimate, that's still £1.4m a month lower than what we were, so £16.8m a year.

Yeah wild isn't it. And people still think another £25 on top of season tickets or another fiver on the shirts will make a difference lol

As a bit of a guess

Mcateer - 20k

Mads - 35k

Ndidi - 60k

Coady - 75k

Vardy - 150k

Iversen - 10k

Buonanotte - 40k

Edouard - 90k

Ward - 50k

Young/ewing/raikhy/wormleighton collectively 10k?

That's 540k a week. Obviously not completely accurate, but you could ball park it at 500k a week plus relegation clauses.

I'd say that even a conservative estimate would put it well beyond £350k a week.

I would imagine that the wage bill of everyone but Southampton (maybe Ipswich and Sheffield United) is less than £350k a week.

It's mad the levels of money we talk about. It's why I find it infuriating when clubs pass costs onto fans. As you said, 5/10% extra for a fan is a decent amount of money continuously, but isn't even a drop in the ocean for this figures

If I had any faith at all that the last week and a bit of the window was going to be spent bringing in loanees, proven Championship signings and bargain hunting across Europe, I'd call it genius. But that won't happen.

So we have 42m in capital plus 25milion a year off the outgoings -   Iv we keep what we have an add a striker @ 10m say its good business , the squad was to big . maybe one more out ?  but keep Bilal and Fatawu.  id be really happy with that..
