As the the title says I am currently on a crumpet binge with melted cheese I’ll probably be sick of them in a few weeks though so any recommendations ? also seem to go through a stage of marmite on toast

There's these little packs of polish meat sticks (I call them that anyway, apologies to anyone Polish) that have appeared at my local Tesco.  Highly salted.  Probably full of MSG.  I'm on a a couple of packs a day.

I seem to go through phases of cravings.

I was once overdoing it with McCoy's salt and vinegar on a daily basis until I got several painful ulcers on my tongue.

Currently, daily, peppered salami sandwiches on Aldi tiger bread with ice cold lemonade.

Doesnt the lemonade make the bread go soggy?

Crisps.

Genuinely been an issue for decades now

Multi pack of 6 Walkers or McCoys for day at work, then if still hungry after dinner at home instead of chocolate I’ll tuck into Pringles or Doritos.

And whenever there's new flavours they have to be tried too.
