Leicester City are interested in signing Hammarby striker Yusef Erabi.

The 22-year-old scored six goals and provided one assist in 22 games last season. He has also scored one goal in four games for Sweden’s under-21 side.

Leicester, whose signing of Asmir Begovic in July remains the club's only incoming this summer, face Birmingham City at the King Power this evening.

I believe Marti was the one to bring him through at Hammarby.

He's getting the Mcateer treatment on twitter by Hammarby fans. Half celebrating he's leaving, the other half saying what a good lad he is. Not many positives about him as a footballer or how well he is going to do or how they should try to hold on to him.

 

Based on that I would avoid him.

Based on that I would avoid him. 

Strange one, still massively well regarded in Swedish football but hasn't yet cemented this place as their main striker, he was arguably more reliable for them a year or two ago. Cifuentes brought him through though so could be the one to get that from him.

 

You'll not be surprised to know I suggested him a good while ago.
