I really hope that Marti has realised at least 4 things for him to continue to understand the squad he has, and to improve our performances:

1) that Vestergaard has an allergy to pace and being forced to turn to face his own goal. Yes he can play, but at what cost?

2) Skipp looks like he should be playing for the Red Lion on a Sunday morning. He has cost a fortune but he is not a Championship level player and should not be on the bench.

3) Ayew is not a CF and should not ne starting games. He is ideal to bring on in the last 10 minutes to see games out. His forte is slowing the games down and winning free-kicks.

4) we have an abundance of young talent and they are at least similar in ability to the senior players. Fans will generally be more patient towards managers if they are trying to blood young players. Have the courage to involve at least a few of them on the bench.

Surely between Fatawu, Mavididi, Monga, Ramsey, Reid, Carranza we can start scoring some fvcking goals.

End product is dismal, final ball non existent.

We had 1, yes ONE shot against Wrexham.

Maybe they have never heard the term "Test the keeper?"  Or maybe they are just scared of scoring, there's something in it surely?

I've heard this a lot, but genuinely, what attributes does Ayew have that would make him a decent 10?  Falling over or dribbling toward your own half doesn't really cut it for me.

He can hold the ball up on occasion

I hope you're all ready for Ayew up front today.

Think the same too. If he really has to start him, he has to go in his favoured position out wide. use him as an outball, make the ball stick out there for a while.

My current team sheet:-

Oh not him again, really, oh go on then

Ricardo

don’t want him

or him

must we pick either LB?

Winksy if he fancies it

James

Fatawu

Ramsey or Page

Monga

Filbert or Daka

Tell Skipp, Faes and Vestergaard it’s a home game and get on the bus before they notice.

I think Daka is wearing Filbert's boots most of the time...

Not really the first thing I think of for a number 10.   More of a 9 thing.

For a 10, I'd want to see some speed of thought, some creativity and being able to thread a few passes, but first of all I'd expect him to be facing in the right direction.

Ayew should be a 12 in my opinion.

Justice for @Manwell Pablo please

I've got us in any game involving him mate.

After Al's pre match team talk, You'll have had Marko Stamenic and Ji-Sung Eom asking Cameron Burgess who the **** Manwell Pablo is anyway in the tunnel. That's why they were garbage for the first 25 minutes.

Just need to get in for half time so he can start ranting about me again.

If he did that all the time you’d have a point but he doesn’t. MOTM against Oxford and scored. He’s not the first player I’d go to as a 10 - I’d go with Rambo - but Ayew can be effective but not as a starting out and out 9.
