You can say he got the ball but making that challenge and going to ground gives the referee the opportunity to make that decision. It’s bone headed play from someone who claims he’s a ****ing international that deserves to be playing at a higher level.

People claim he's our best defender lol. Doesn't matter if it was a foul or not, why an earth would you slide in there? Absolutely nothing to gain from it. He's too thick to ever be a good defender.

Honking decision but what the **** is Faes doing, the ball is going out, he is never going to do anything from that position, why ****ing fly in like that when we have seen week after week how dreadful the officials are at this level

What, like that goal-preventing challenge just now?

Or are you looking for something else extremely specific?

Hes a full back and every winger gets by him, so let's get it right

Nothing wrong with Faes’ challenge there… clearly won the ball, played it onto their player. Goal kick

That’s ****ing bollocks. The ball was going to run out of play. There’s **** all reason to make that challenge.

Is it not the strikers that are killing the system?

I don’t think so, under Enzo the full back and either KDH/Ndidi constantly overlapped into the channels to create space for the winger or for the striker.

We don’t really do that, all we do is pass it to the wingers with very little overlap which creates no space in the middle.

I think if we saw Jordan James bombing forward into the channel I between the striker and the winger it would open space up for Daka/Ayew, just my analysis but every time I see Daka or Ayew get the ball played into their feet, it’s with their back to goal 30 yards out, they don’t seem to be tasked with making any runs on the last defender like Vardy did.

It’s not something I’ve looked into deeply it’s just a passing thing I’ve noticed quite a lot in each game.
