Cifuentes can only dream of having Martin's record in the Championship. He's a Spanish Craig Levein.

There’s not a lot of excuses when you’re 2-0 against Bristol City and can’t see the game out. That’s management flaws, not players being incapable.

Even if he didn’t want to put page into the holding area, he should have brought Ricky or Aluko on at RB and moved hamza into the middle. Not rocket science.  For ten mins we surrendered any control of the game and encouraged them on even more. The players must be confused.

Why didn’t he bring in Ricardo. Could have gone into midfield or could have pushed Hamza in there. Instead we had absolutely **** all and just let them dictate.

One of the most tactically inept managers we've had in a long time. On par with RVN, possibly even worse.

 

He's tactical and substitution decisions during each game are terrible.

I have wanted to support him and defended him for inheriting a complete and utter mess however that is yet another game where we have thrown away points from a good winning position at half time. 
 

It’s not only the result but the nature of those performances in the 2nd half where we have literally shown zero attacking intent and looked like rabbits caught in the headlights against bang average opposition. 
 

The concern I have is that he really doesn’t seem to have a coherent plan to play as a counter attacking unit in the 2nd half of games when ahead we just seem to want to sit deep soak up pressure and hope for the best.

Personally ive liked him before the season and wanted to give him a chance as he’s inherited some shite but **** me he just wants to head even faster into the ice berg.

20 games in and not one 90 minute performance in that time.

 

I'd argue we haven't even managed a strong 60 minutes in a game yet, let alone a full 90.

fist time in many games I am not mad at the players, finally dropped winks and faes which is a positive. But tonight was inexcusable,. A good Manager or even semi good manager wins that game tonight at a canter.

 

Such a downer after all the positives from Saturday - could have gained momentum after tonight and put a run together. I won't be watching another game until he is gone, he isn't right for the club, he isn't a football manager and he is ruining our season. Constantly 1 step forward, 2 steps back.
