Unabomber Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 Extremely unprofessional this, you don’t go 3 3 and 4 nil down at HT with this squad. Really poor and inexcusable. 1
Sunbury Fox Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 (edited) A win today and we'd have been 7th and 1 point off the play offs. Incredible really given how sh1te we are. I know we're all raging about being as low as 13th but in reality we're lucky to be that high. Our underlying numbers are horrific and that's confirmed by the eye test. This season is a write off to be honest; we just need to limp to 50 or so points in order to stay up and then hope we can have a massive clear out next summer. Edited 20 December 2025 by Sunbury Fox

Not to mention the young players here that would probably be starting for them. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/queens-park-rangers/transfers/verein/1039/saison_id/2025 Looks like they were able to do some decent business. We on the other hand dealing with PSR ceiling and Rudkin. Its more about amount of players moved, and the effectiveness, than silly things like net spend. Their manager may also have the freedom to play how he sees fit, ours is tied to Top and Rudkin instructions on style of play. Your darlings Top and Rudkin arent cutting it I'm afraid. I almost forgot Daka, striker of the division. Edited 20 December 2025 by Chrysalis
Noahfence Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 Being such a diabolically shit coach he’s managed to convince a lot of fans our squad isn’t good. It’s not great, but **** me it’s good enough to be playing a lot better than we are. 2
Livid Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 I mean yeah he should go but when you look back at the KP appointments Pearson and Rodgers were very good, Ranieri came into a perfect storm for one season, Puel was competent but boring as hell (would take that now!) The rest have pretty poor. We probably need to roll the dice again but the club isn’t an attractive proposition so we would be looking to get someone from the lower leagues looking to take a chance and step up. It could make a difference but I just think it would be more if the same.
oundlefox Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 If any player comes out with the cliche ‘back to the drawing board’ for the 75th time this season I swear to God I will…….

I think was Mandaric still during transition period but someone else on here said was the club ambassador. So that leaves Rodgers and Claudio who did well with good foundations built by previous managers, but then struggled longer term. Claudio success playing the opposite way to how Top wants us to play. The entire culture at the club is rotten now, we need a fresh coat of paint. 2

Chrysalis Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 One obvious problem of getting a top tier manager is it would make the fans forget to push Top out of the club, it would serve to smoke over the problems. Our ceiling with a top tier manager is I expect around the play offs. But that and a promotion would just kick the can down the road, for what we really need to do and that is to do a full spring clean.
grth2004 Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 I’m going to make this comment and then run and hide because I’ll get slaughtered. 🥷🥷🥷 With it being Christmas and we’re all disgusted with King Power for not paying staff wages before Christmas, does it sit right to be demanding they sack someone just before Christmas or with Xmas spirit and all that shall we give him until first week of January. 1

splinterdream Posted 20 December 2025 Posted 20 December 2025 I think there is every possibility the bad press regards this pay fiasco could have had a negative impact on the pitch, I'd bet there are a lot of the players as angry as we are, and it's probably leaving a dark cloud over us. I still can't get my head around how people running a multi million pound company thought this would be okay
