Only way he get sacked is if we get smacked 5 or 6 and truly embarrassed. Our board are too weak

I literally wish for this every match, it's the only way he goes

Won't get sacked unless we're getting hammered 5-0 in a match.

Club management have no ambition, no clue. no strategy. And that translates onto the pitch.

Hasn’t changed the style at all since he came, nor has it evolved . A classic bang average manager that dies on the sword of his ‘idea’ when the team is failing as he has no ability at all to adapt. Relegation fodder standard

Aside from obvious issues with his tactics and formation, he can't motivate them to give a shit. That's the absolute foundation and it's not there.

Give it to Mowbray until the end of the season. Every single day with Marti is another day closer to collapse.

Yep Mowbray would improve results and performances. You dont need the best players in this league, you need a good manager that knows the league and get results. See Chris Wilder

I hate it that I feel the same

He's clearly not helped by the useless squad he's been not been helped with but he's also clearly shown he isn't good enough to get anything out of it.

Can anyone? I'm not convinced but it would be worth a go.

I don't think he will be sacked until relegation is a real possibility and it probably makes decent business sense but I'm not sure how much difference sacking him now or in the summer makes.

Simply has to go. It's not improving and we are in serious trouble if we get a points deduction.

Yeah I was in the camp of 'what's the point' until recently. The point is we could genuinely go down at this rate. If you simulate the game vs. Derby we probably win 2 out of 100 times with the same level of performance.

We offer absolutely nothing.

Get a caretaker in. O'Neill if he'll take it. Then go again next year.

It can't be any worse than this.

I don’t think a lot of this team at all, in fact I actively hate 75% of them. That said, they are clearly better than what we’re seeing here. It’s not just that the sum is less than the parts, but far worse than that. He really is the worst manager I remember at this club. QPR doing much better without him too.

How hasn't he been sacked yet is an one, it's called money, as in compensation.

we said the same thing about Cooper but we sacked him

Without the worldies we’ve scored this season, we’d be in the bottom three teams.

On e the points deduction comes, we very well could be.

Beaten by another team that changed their manager and have improved, yet you still get posters that are thick as shit saying it’s the squad and the manager is only x- amount of points from the playoffs

Normally a correlation there with a manager not doing very well

There's managers in this league, some that many of our fans would turn their noses up at, who are getting a lot more out of a lot less. However, I have no faith in the board to being in anybody competent should they sack him.

I also feel that the squad culture will stop anybody succeeding here. It feels rotten.

Seagrave spoilt these players the last few years, turned them all into egotistical Madonnas, bunch of ****ing fairies. Any manager is going to have to deal with that.

He's not a manager, he's a wet fart in a tracksuit.

Sean Dyche would have words with him wearing a snood
