We'll beat WBA with an underwhelming, scrappy performance and all will be forgotten yet again. Anyone negative will be lambasted and it'll all be fine.

We are circling a drain and so many of our fans don't seem to give a monkeys.

I think in hindsight the fact that he paid his own compo just signals how far out of his depth he is. This is obviously the biggest job he will ever get in his career. The squad is not great but its clear as day he isnt the man to take this club forward. Change is needed fast or we are going to end up in League one next season

He simply has to go now. It's awful to watch and the players look clueless.

I've never known a manager to be so reliant on using his wingers to beat an opponent! At times all we look to do is play the ball out wide.

Got to go

But knowing those incompetent divs will pick a new manager it almost seems pointless.

I don’t see how this is getting better, the only way is kicking the can down the road and somehow spending some money during January. The club aren’t likely to do that and perhaps will struggle to sell the bad apples.

I don’t enjoy it anymore. Some seemingly longingly remember Enzo who had the foresight to jump ship away from the mess, it was so tiresome to watch. And Top, he hasn’t got a clue clearly, seemingly directs us to continue to play possession based football and a lot of teams have evolved away from that with success. At present we watching a clueless manager, play a style that isn’t working with a squad of poorly recruited players.

You need wholesale changes from Top to bottom we know KP are neither capable of any competent strategic thought or money to do this.

Think I’ll extend my absence from the stadium passed the West Brom game.

What's Kingy actually doing?  Either he is part of the team that is causing the problems and a waste for money or not doing anything and a waste of money.

on the coaching staff but who knows what his responsibilities are.

He did okay preparing the team during pre-season but it would be a big ask for him (and his career) to take over and try and save us.......but with PSR issues maybe he would be the most likely (only) replacement option.

And two inconsistent wingers at best. Crazy one dimensional footy.

Who’s the wing backs?

Fatawu left, he can defend, not Mav right though. O’Neill never had full backs playing wing backs, he had wingers and made the three centre halves deal with defending.

It's the frog in a hot pan syndrome isn't it?

When we get Souttar back fit I can agree with the three at the back.

You don’t have to play like wing backs in that system. Aluko however would most certainly be more suited to a wing back, most so than full back.

Well he’s not bothered with a Sky interview yet….

As if we would be that efficient. Top will need to finish playing polo, do his weekly shop, have a family meal and then fly back in a weeks time.

Aluko obviously

or Ricky

or Hamza

or anyone really

Can’t be having Aluko playing left back. He’s also right footed ain’t he. Could ruin him chucking him At left back and he has another stinker again.

What’s the point in speculating, we have no clue. Might be having his input totally ignored for all we know.

He played mainly left back for the academy. He can use both feet, and he’s already better than Thomas.

But they'll  come a time when we won't get a scrappy win  and by that time it'll be too late .Look forward  to the newA46 derby against Notts County.
