So you would persist with Thomas, Ayew, Daka, Carranza, Faes, Okoli etc ahead of the academy players because we dont want to put to much pressure on the first team.

to the side.

We need to rebuild the squad this season, it's not about results, a lot of players have simply overstayed their welcome.

Difficult job is to build confidence in the players playing poorly, then there is little pressure on the subs who an shine too.

The players are not playing poorly, they are poor, there is a clear difference. No point in giving confidence to the poor players as it's wasted on them, we need to give confidence and experience to the talented academy players as they potentially have a future of being good.

Difficult balancing academy players who need time not pressure, Silko struggled today, Monga too. No way that we can give up on 1st team. Marty needs them to perform, if he's good enough.

You are spot on about players overstaying their welcome, but Monga and Silko are way off being any better right now.

got to have a number of changes in the team, a even a new formation imo, a 3-4-2-1 formation, where ricky p and vk and can sort of wing backs, while mav/page and fats can/are sort of inverted wingers(can go either in for out or a number 8 in Page's case), JJ the box to box

js

Okoli

Vesty

Nelson

ricky p

JJ

winks

VK

Mav/Page

Fats

Carranza/Daka

Your nans best friend 92 year old Mildred had a fall in the week so you have to go round and check on her on Saturday afternoon as nobody else is available

I'd take Skipp out and replace him with nobody...

1-0 lead.

Collapse 2nd half.

Concede sloppy goal because someone didn't track a runner.

Draw 1-1.

Rightly bemoan tactics, mentality, quality, ability, attitude, manager, fans, Top and Rudkin.
