BrilliantFox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January @whoareyaaa You know what, if our defence is crap, lets at least get some attacking football
The whole world smiles Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Would Claudio fancy one last dance? O'neil style at Celtic.

But one stain remains on the availability list, and that’s who we’ll probably appoint… What intriguing managers did you have in mind @kingfox? Had been thinking Mowbray or Carvahal but impressed with what Challinor has done at Stockport. Edited 24 January by lcfc_forever
Enyoueffsea Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Usually I’d criticise anyone suggesting a team goes for a “safe pair of hands” as that is usually code for distinctly average. However, you’ve tried two experiments with RvN and Marti now and the players are clearly not playing for either. Someone like Tony Mowbray is an absolute must. Otherwise, with a points deduction, you’ll be in a relegation battle. Lose to Charlton and you possibly will be without a points deduction.
Cropwellfox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Need someone who knows league one because that’s where we are heading with this ****ing useless mob and the financial position we are in 2

Had been thinking Mowbray or Carvahal but impressed with what Challinor has done at Stockport. Franck Haise, Maarten Martens and Bo Henriksen have all become available in the past month. But we don’t really think outside the box. Personally for me, we need a Nigel Pearson 2.0, when he returned in 2011, he rooted out the shit like Matt Mills and Jermaine Beckford, while we signed the likes of Wes Morgan. We badly need a carbon copy of that right now. 4

Was building good foundations at Bristol City, including starting Antoine Semenyo and Alex Scott's careers. 2
Clogger_ Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Just hope it's someone strong enough to stand up to all the bad apples at our club. We need a straight talker - someone with honesty and integrity
winteriscoming Posted 24 January Author Posted 24 January We won’t look abroad like we should so I think it will be out of Mowbray Hassenhutl Carvahal Martin - I don’t want him. My preference would be Mowbray or Hassenhutl.
Spanner73 Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Is Frank Spencer available ? Then we’d have the full set with the chuckle brothers/Dumb & Dumber upstairs !!
Blue ROI Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Why bother getting you're hopes up under that fool Top and his sidekick Rudkin. It'll be Russell Martin anyways.
Dahnsouff Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Got to be Martin, as we need to be able to say in 6 months 'Cifuentes would be doing better than this bloke' 2
coolhandfox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January It doesn't have to be someone special, a journeyman manager who can organise them and get them running hard would do. 1
Aleksz Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Mowbray interim/end of season if he’s mad enough to take it, please.
