Lesta2014 Posted 11 February Posted 11 February The lack of chatter amongst journalists at this point is a huge worry. We’ve probably spoke to 2/3 who said no and now they have no clue what to do!

dannythefox Posted 11 February Posted 11 February I wouldn’t bother with a gaffer now. Let kingy do it then see where we are come end of season. If these players can’t get another 4 wins then we should go down, we deserve it. By then if somehow we stay up they’ll be a lot more options for us. 1

As much as the players are responsible for the implode yesterday, we really do need a manager to put his stamp on things. Andy King has been put into the fire, we need to get him out and quickly before this erupts. 1

Yesterday we needed a manager who knew how to deal with Southampton tactical change, and see the who they were targeting. The subs were off the charts crazy. And lets not even mention Jordan Ayew. yes the players take responsibilty, but the (interim) manager played an absolute blinder in f***ng up that 2nd half. We were all in the stands scream 'whats he doing - why no changes'. 10

Wymsey Posted 11 February Posted 11 February Waiting for Forest's owner to pull the trigger on Dyche tomorrow to commence talks?..
RizLCFC Posted 11 February Posted 11 February Rowett’s comments about ‘ambition’ suggest he had talks with the 5’3” midget and his inept sidekick, and they’ve told him that we still believe we can get promoted this season, rather than us actually appointing an ambitious manager.

Desperately! however, the players have history this season of imploding during the second half, no matter what subs are made. It would not be fair to Andy King to throw it all on him. He’s said himself he’s not ready to be manager, and quite frankly, he was let down by the players, in my opinion. Would a new manager have got a different tune out of them second half? Possibly. But a different manager might not have got them fired up to race into a 3-0 lead either, and like I said, he’s not the only manager to have the team struggle second half this season.. Deeg67 Posted 12 February Posted 12 February We're close enough to the end now where a new manager bounce of 3 or 4 points could be the difference between staying up or not. Gotta appoint somebody, plain and simple.

Lesta Legend Posted 12 February Posted 12 February Dyche would be too obvious an option in terms of where we find ourselves.
