Credit where credit is due. Best performance under Marti? Great intensity first half and look what we

achieved. Game management much better second half. One swallow and all that but more games like that and we'd be laughing. Makes it even more frustrating.

7 (seven) academy players on the pitch at the end there.

Can't be far off being a record for us?

That’s a fantastic stat

No Winks, Faes, Soumare, VK. Positive team effort. Not coincidence. More of the same Marti

Was literally just about to post exactly this. Couldn't agree more 👏

Loved that class 1st half and 2nd half showed some real fight and bollocks to see it out. How good to see 3 youngsters on the pitch to see the result out.

Nelson, Luke Thomas, JJ, Skipp, Mav were outstanding.

Win lose or draw that has to be the blue print of how play the rest of the season, fans can really get behind that type of performance. Loved the team selection and the subs. Marti showed a bit of ruthlessness and got what he deserved.

Happy with that. A little nervy after their goal but Silko changed the momentum enough to calm things down.

James, Nelson, Skipp, Luke Thomas, BDCR and Ayew all had good games imo. Mavididi not too bad as well.

Nice to see Aluko get back on as well and Page returning is a brilliant thing. Ricky had one of his better days and Vestergaard with a crucial block at the end.

Jakub really good. Fatawu seems to have lost his magic touch a bit but did OK. Would've been nice to see Evans get on but hopefully he's in the conversation and gets some game time soon.

I'm really happy with that, there's been a mental fragility at the club for probably 5 years, I remember being 2-0 up in the prem against Brighton and not feeling confident and in that game we threw it away to finish 2-2. We have done the same in 3 games this season Wrexham, Portsmouth and Boro, I liked the subs Thomas added something, Choudary while brain dead added a bit of grit, Skipp I thought was very good, I'd put Begovic back in goal Stolarcyk looked a bit of a car crash. We have managed to hold two leads in recent games Stoke and Today, there's a lot still to work on but we dug in, had far better game management to break up the play 7/10 for me that.
