People in serious denial if they think this club can get a deal to suit us.
Also the thought of this is actually minging, 35 years old already over this hill at West Ham, leg break keeps him out for over a year and people think he’ll just come in and be our best striker

About 80% of his game is being an absolute tank. If he has that then sound, short term deal till the summer. Heavily appearance based.

If not then were just filling up a squad place with a very average and potentially injury prone player

Topkin, if you are listening, bring him to Seagrave, have him to run 100 yards. If his time is above 12 seconds (and that is incredibly generous), he’s toast.

Well come to footballers Retirement Home. Where you get paid bucket load of money. Weekly activities includes walking around for 90 plus minutes, bring your pets to work days and general moans by fans but hey Don't worry the owner will be your best friend. We have a great manager, who does not know anything and will make sure you never grown or devlope. A director of football who will take good care of you and will make sure you stay way pass your time. Remember the less you do the more you get. Term and condition apply*

*Playing good football is not acceptable as this may lead to being sold or moved on. Owner takes no responsibility of anything.

Sort of signing Stoke would make.  He’d go on to bag a bunch of crucial goals including the winner against us prompting posts of, ‘Fvcks sake.  Another one we missed out on’.

Signing until the end of the season with the option of another year wouldn’t be terrible.

It would be so very difficult to get a striker worse than Daka or Carranza.

I don't mind it, if it's a short term deal and he has an option if he performs for us. In other words a motivation to at least try.

Not a terrible decision, he's better than Daka and Caranza. Like others have said, just his injury that is the worry.

Wouldn’t want him even If he hadn’t bashed his legs to bits. It’s going to take an age to get match fit.

Put the wages towards a fee and cheaper player who isn’t closer to 40 than 30.

Nothing shows foxestalk for the hardcore left wing echo chamber it is than turning their nose up at a seasoned premier league pro with legs that resemble hobnobs, and telling us we should give a bloody child a go instead

Nobody can deny he’s a far better option than Daka.

Well they could. Lost count of the amount of times I've read this, then we've signed another player to clog up the wage bill and squad places lol

Maybe now

This sounds like the script from a perfume advert narrated by a breathy Natalie Portman
