The club and fans are a million miles apart. We know very little and can only speculate. Top does not seem interested or capable. I have not been this season after giving up my season ticket. I don't want to go and have never felt as fed up with the.club as I do now. I have seen some bad times but this feels different. Perhaps the bar was set too high and so the fall has been that much harder to take.

What’s the betting the club get wind of this and try and lure us back with some free tat that we clearly can’t afford.
 

My two season tickets will be unused for this.

Can't remember the last game i have been to, don't even bother putting my season ticket up for resale anymore. Just cut my losses on the season ticket.

 

Not going tonight & certainly won't be going WBA.

 

This is nothing to do with the football, or even losing. Went to every game in the relegation seasons, always went in the championship & league 1 but KP have killed my connection with the club.

Do season ticket holders get counted within the attendance numbers if they attend or not?

 

Top won’t be there so he’ll just look at the score and attendance online so won’t know any different

It’s about publicising the boycott enough so that enough fans actually decide to take action to the point where mainstream media pick up on it and gets people talking.

Social media is awfully misleading when it comes to attitudes towards this club & crucially action towards this club. 
 

I will take part in this but we are the minority - by some stretch.
 

The vast majority will continue to go and will probably look down on those suggesting that the club isn’t being run properly.

Yes they do but only when they actually publish the official attendance, for which there has now become a mysterious delay from the club!

This is a great idea and I hope it happens regularly until the club acknowledge their role is destroying what was one of the best run clubs in world football.

That’s the spirit.

 

It’s a shit kick off time, on TV, first day back at work for many. Add that to the general malaise and dwindling attendances anyway with a boycott in the mix and you might just be surprised.

 

1000s will be boycotting unconsciously anyway, which is why doing it for this game is a good idea.

Boycotting this game doesn't make you a bad fan, or mean you're not grateful for the title/fa cup win

There seems to be this weird behaviour with some supporters that think supporting the club through bad times is a badge of honour.

 

Supporting the team through a bad patch of form is fine, this is totally different. This is supporting ownership and senior leadership who clearly don't give two sh!ts about the average supporter, or the day-to-day employees of the club, and the only way to make them listen is by hitting their pockets (or starting up a polo team). 

 

I wasn't going anyway because I'm being forced to go to IKEA.
