What if all the fans not take their seats at the start of the game and embarrass top and rudkin on live TV or a massive walkout at sometime in the game or even turn our backs to the pitch.

Live media will really hurt them.

What is the actual target of this boycott?  Is it to get Top to sell the club?   Or to sack Marti?   Or to make the players try harder?   Without a specific objective, it just looks like a load of people who don’t want to come out on a cold Monday night.

Anyone brave enough to stick out an 18 minute boycott outside the ground and then leave after 84 mins? Sheff weds got plenty of TV coverage and mentions for not entering the ground opening day. As it has a visual impact. Just not turning up as others have mentioned may just look like it's a crap Monday fixture after many kids have had 2 weeks of school and adults due back at work.

I think it’s why whoever is boycotting needs to meet outside the ground and not go in during the game. Media will be all over it why fans are outside with an obvious boycott in the stands. Fans can then show what they are protesting too rather than thinking fans haven’t made the game for whatever reasons: midweek game, back to work/school, weather etc

What exactly are they protesting about?  Don’t get me wrong, there are a load of things wrong, but surely a protest needs a specific objective?  Not just a general anger at the all-round  crapness.

I honestly think that a boycott on what was already likely to be the lowest turnout game of the season (weather, money, back to work/school) will just look like a load of fans who can’t be bothered.  The media will barely notice it.

If Khun Top looks after his teeth like he looks after our football club then he’s going to be in the dentists chair for a long long time

The names of the Twitter account it originated from are ‘King Power Out’ and ‘Top Sell Up’ - which should give you an idea. People want a change in ownership.

Some people already trying to get ahead of empty seats by saying “lots of people won’t go anyway because of x/y/z”. That happens every match.

People have notice of the boycott, if they’re dead against it then they can make an extra effort to get in the stadium to show their support for the other side of the protest. In the same way those who are not going in protest are making an effort/sacrifice to do so.

If there are noticeable gaps in the stadium on Monday night, the boycott has had an impact.

Boycott away, but I would suggest something outside the ground to make it clear to the media there is a boycott and it’s not just empty seats. I’m in Aus but would be happy to help out.

Considering the OP has shown this to be organised by a top/KP out social media account, there’s a 190 page KP out thread and other threads with Top out - people want a change of ownership at the club

But this is why I believe there needs to be a focus outside the ground too, raise awareness why there’s a boycott, highlight their failings over the last few years and actions that can be taken to support

If Top is not prepared to take  managng the club seriously then he must sell to someone who will.  Top is the problem clearly.

Despite his half hearted pr push he remains disconnected... fiddling while Rome burns.  I thought he would try to put things right yet now i doubt he will do so.

My real concern is that he will not sell yet leave the club paralised and drifting.

Decided im not attending.

Rather spend the last sya of the kids holidays at home with them than freeze my nuts off in the library  watching sh1t.

Mind you being a tight Indian i have put my ticket on resale to reclaim some cash back if some tw&t is stupid enough to buy it.

i know it goes against the rhetoric of the   boycott but im doing my thing so that okay with me!!

It’s a protest about the ownership and wanting change - I think that’s pretty clear

Cant see this getting any real press or traction sadly.  It would have been abysmally atttended anyway

It has already! But the cherry on the cake will be Sky talking about it in their coverage
