Plus, we have him on a season long loan with an option to buy. So I’d say this ‘friend’ of his is having you on. 1

He will be fit to play again in a few weeks. Medicals are basically risk assessments and are usually failed on the chances of a recurrence of a really serious injury or something underlying.

I think it's worse to be honest. I wanted Lookman like most did, but given his best position was also filled by Barnes his signing wasn't anywhere near as essential as this would be. JJ is our best player, Lookman wasn't close. The drop off from JJ to whoever fills those shoes is vast compared to Ademolas absence. 4

So so risky though, allowing other teams in his ear for another 5 months or however long.

Yep Atalanta have held on to him too long and lost value, he was easily a 50m player in the summer after the above and PSG pursued him.
