One of the worst halfs of football ever from us.

This is the football I was watching when we got relegated to League One and in the seasons building up to that. Just a fundamentally poor team with a handful of individuals. Except we somehow have an EPL wage bill.

Years of egregious mismanagment culminating here.

The second half against Bristol City?

Otherwise I agree wholeheartedly.  We are consistently putting in abhorrent displays of shockingly bad, faeces level football.

Embarrassing watch. So sad to see what we have become under Aiyawatt.

If you’re a Sheffield United player or fan, you’d be annoyed that you haven’t scored more.

This reminds me of the nattering we gave Wrexham in that first half against us. We have been so bad.

Just look at the momentum graph lol

And yet, having watched that half, it feels like that chart has a generous amount of blue on it.

Anyone thinking Fatawu is worth £30m is bonkers. He's an average player with moments of brilliance. Granted has potential and would do better under a better manager.

Do we have a game plan just seems to be a few side way passes then a long ball.

Taking short goal kicks only fir jakub to launch it 3 passes later

That is the game plan. As long as we follow Pep Ball. These guys can't play the system. Just not good enough. We have a coach that is way out of his depth.

Could do without JJ having an off day.

JJ having an off day highlights how little Skipp brings to our midfield.

I dont ever wish us to lose, but this whole 2-3 games of pure shite then one game we win is boring and tedious. I'm getting to the point where I dont want the one win in between as all it does is paper over the cracks. You can count on less than one hand how many games we deserved to win this season, which is utterly disgusting considering how shockingly bad this league is!

This assumes Marti has a plan though, which on todays performance is clear he doesnt

I agree it seems like that and has done all season. But he's not telling the team to go out and get dominated. He's been given a tough hand with these players and everything else going on at the club. But he knew what he was walking into and it just isn't working for him. That first half should make it clear to those making the decisions at the club that a change is needed

Can’t help but think most of this squad would suit 3 at the back. Our main attacking threats are too wide and isolated, need to get them closer to the striker where the three of them can play off each other. None of our centre backs are particularly convincing either and a third on the pitch would hopefully help us defend set pieces better as we are quite a small team everywhere else.

Doubt Marti is brave enough to make that kind of change though and to be honest bar Aluko I’m not sure any of our fullbacks fit the right profile to play as wingbacks, but would like to see it regardless.

What a poor recruitment team we have, awful how we haven't replaced our strikers, Ricardo, midfield, still no replacement for Thomas or Hamza. Just piss poor club management

Camping on the edge of your box against a team below you in the league. Marti is an absolute coward.

If Sheff U are true to form they'll ease off in the 2nd half, whether we have the desire or ability to take advantage of that in the 2nd half we will find out soon

We are, amazingly,  still in this, and we have have Jekyll and Hyde different halves, so there is still, unbelievably, some hope.

I know.  I know.  I'll be hearing from you when we lose 5 nil  lol, but we can't have watched City all these years without just a little blind hope.

You know this place is a tiny little echo room right? You need everyone (or as many as possible) on board not a bunch of gob shites on a forum. You do that through inclusion not division. Boycott is better bet, but the same still applies.

Boycott will achieve very little .... however a sustained verbal message from the fans will .... gob shites on a forum ... I take it from that you do not respect others opinions

I’m seeing the influence of Cruyffs Barca starting to shine through.
