Leicesterpool Posted 6 January Posted 6 January (edited) Antiono ain't coming, injured so that deal is off sadly. You'd hope the loan market maybe available to Leicester. Edited 6 January by Leicesterpool
Chelmofox Posted 6 January Posted 6 January We are persuing 'Fooking Nawann' again. Might get him last day of the window. 1
Leicesterpool Posted 6 January Posted 6 January We could like some clubs like to pretend they scored a goal, "let's pretend we signed someone" 1
LCFCCKEANO Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Deadline day panic loan for a striker who will play 80 minutes for us and then go to the MLS 1
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Self imposed ban on transfer fees to aid in the defence of our financial mismanagement charges 3
les-tah Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Take it all the way to deadline day and be heavily linked with a goal keeper then do nothing because of finances. The same playbook as every season now its just even more public with PSR.

glenny_fox Posted 6 January Posted 6 January The fact that we didn't activate the option on JJ on the 1st Jan, shows you exactly how much money we have spare this window. like others have said, it'll be a deadline day panic loan for a washed up/rubbish striker 1
Jock's Hill Posted 6 January Posted 6 January What about exits though. There are players out in the cold who need to play. Surely they will be trying to get those moves otherwise what's the point of being a footballer. (World Cup!!!!). Marti has not been very successful so far but before he is properly assessed we need to get the non trier's out of the club. Then we need to get the points deduction situation finalised. When we have done this and maybe brought in another couple of loan/free signings it will be a chance to see if results improve. Whatever happens then is the next phase of club development. - hopefully!!!!! 1
Stadt Posted 6 January Posted 6 January It'd be interesting to know what we've spent on legal fees getting out of our own self-imposed mess. Likely we've spent a few million - which is what Gudjohnsen cost Blackburn, he's got 7 goals this season.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Always hoping some fools will take Winks, Faes and Soumare off us, destined to run down their contracts with us unfortunately. 3
HankMarvin Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Probably waiting to see the outcome of the points deduction, if no punishment more manoeuvrability to run it close this year. If bang to rights it’s an accumulative effect on punishments moving forward.
Stadt Posted 6 January Posted 6 January We can have 5 loanees in the squad. We’ve sent one back and the other is crocked. Why aren’t we being linked with a flurry of loans? We’re either absolutely skint, barely have the threshold competency to get any deals done or a combination both now. This is the future under Top, it only gets worse 2
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 6 January Posted 6 January It will all be dependant on outgoings. i would assume we are working on moving Winks, Soumare, Faes and Vestergaard on. If we can I’d like to think we can sign JJ and bring in some loans. 1 1
