I’m going and sorry boys but I won’t be joining the protest but I’ll be with you in spirit.

 

I’ve been very sporadically this season. I think I’ve missed every home win, the despondency and anger has faded from me somewhat since I last went on Boxing Day.

 

I’ve summoned just enough enthusiasm to go today. The thought of messing  around for 14 minutes before kick off would be enough for me to bin it off completely again. 

 

I’m going down to see my mates and have a laugh with them and that’s it. The fact that some blokes will be kicking a ball around in the background is secondary.

Marti's got the knack/luck of getting a result when needed. Unconvincing win today, dominate first half and score 2 or 3 then let them have the entirety of the second half, bar our first shot on target in the 85th minute by Ayew.

Pass it to wingers and see if they can do anything ✅

Instead of Page playing, Marti turns to a Bobby Reid and Soumare midfield, and Ayew and Daka up top after we go 2-0 down (we then concede a 3rd) ✅

Rather hoof it than the rubbish from the back to be fair. Not sure we have anyone who can can actually hoof it properly though

Not always about quality though is it, our team spirit and cohesion is on the floor, as well as having a manager that is tactically inept. In reality, this match could go either way. One thing that is guaranteed is that they will score so we’ll have to score at least twice to win the game, with Jordan Ayew up front

Now some people are going to think I'm going to be taking the p*ss here, but I'd prefer Big Jan upfront over Ayew or Daka if he's not going to play Hutchinson or Evans. 

 

Vestegaard looks like he's got more about him in the box than Daka and Ayew put together. 

 

Stol should be no where near the first team for a while after some recent errors. 

 

If Thomas, Choudhury, Ayew, Soumare are involved I'm going to make a dartboard out of Marti's face. 

 

Horror movie stuff. 

 

Special mention for Fatawu. Possibly the weakest link out of the lot. If he's not goning to be coached then at least have a bit about you as a professional footballer to realise you're leaving your team in the s**t over and over again and adjust.
