MGLCFC Posted yesterday at 17:45 Posted yesterday at 17:45 Whilst he could be extremely frustrating and often chose the wrong option, he was one of very few players over the last 2 seasons who got me off my seat (so to speak). He had the ability to create something out of nothing through his own ability, often quite spectacular. I'm sure with the right coaching, he'll be able to develop his game and become a better all round player. Good luck to him and thanks for some unforgettable memories. 1

deejdeej Posted yesterday at 17:55 Posted yesterday at 17:55 Great move for him, even if Ipswich go down I imagine he'll have enough highlights in the season to impress some of the bigger clubs if he stays fit.
UniFox21 Posted yesterday at 17:59 Posted yesterday at 17:59 £20m is peanuts. We'd be asking at least £30m in the Championship. 2
Sunbury Fox Posted yesterday at 18:01 Posted yesterday at 18:01 Losing our best player to Ipswich?! Lol, what a state of affairs! 1 1

GrobyLCFC31 Posted yesterday at 18:03 Posted yesterday at 18:03 (edited) 2 sided-coin 1) For the talent of Fatawu and his potential - it’s a shocking deal 2) For the position we find ourselves in and other clubs knowing we need to sell to comply with PSR - it’s a great deal Go well Abdul! LCFCCKEANO Posted yesterday at 18:04 Posted yesterday at 18:04 Grand scheme of things £24m for what he has achieved isn’t a million miles off of what we would get for him in the championship, feel we have done alright here. You’d obviously prefer to keep him but I’m not upset with this deal in our situation

Popular Post Philkeavo Posted yesterday at 18:14 Popular Post Posted yesterday at 18:14 (edited) Abdul is a super mercurial talent, blighted by his ACL injury and demoralised by a club in a downward spiral of misery and failure. I wish him nothing but the best in his future career. Edited yesterday at 18:17 by Philkeavo 7 1
winteriscoming Posted yesterday at 18:22 Posted yesterday at 18:22 Hope there’s a decent sell on percentage.
StanSP Posted yesterday at 18:22 Posted yesterday at 18:22 (edited) What are the add ons for? If Ipswich merge with Norwich? Edited yesterday at 18:22 by StanSP 3
Silebyfox_89 Posted yesterday at 18:26 Posted yesterday at 18:26 I'll be honest I'll take that. Unplayable in the championship when he's on it and is good enough for the prem. Will be interesting to see how much of that fee is upfront.

Ryy Posted yesterday at 18:53 Posted yesterday at 18:53 I’ll miss him tbh, yes he can be really frustrating but he’s one hell of a player. See you next season Abdul 👋🏻 1

RedSoxUK Posted yesterday at 18:55 Posted yesterday at 18:55 Over £30m for McAteer and Fatawu lol, lmao even.
brookfox Posted yesterday at 18:57 Posted yesterday at 18:57 Let’s be honest, could be a good few years until we have another winger this good. 2

TOWN with the the BUDGIES ????? Hell might freeze over. Maggy Thatcher be called an icon of the Labour Party. Argentina be known as the kings of fair play. Or Foxes join up with Derby and Forest. But Town and City will be forever at odds. It is a Suffolk / Norfolk thing. The South folk were fighting the North folk when Julius Caesar turned up to separate them. Not recent stuff like vikings. History see. Goes back a long long way.
