I think any manager would struggle with this squad. I think there’s something seriously wrong with their psychology. Their confidence is shot, psychologically defeated, burnt out. I bet they just want this all to be over. I can’t see us surviving, not if people’s heads have gone.

hopefully we go down, King Power sell up and we wipe the slate clean. Some bugger will buy us.

So why do we keep looking at the manager we can't change a whole squad, with a transfer window shut, getting relegated lowers the value by 100 million plus, get a sports psychologist in.

0 wins out of 3 and is just another manager playing the likes of Reid and Ayew, so no support from me

Sadly have to agree. Thought maybe he had managed to instill a bit of fight and passion last week, but that wasn't there today. Honeymoon period is over, and what a short, shit honeymoon it was.

In a weird kind of way, this performance could be a blessing in disguise. He will see exactly what dross he has and may have his eyes opened and address some of the major issues we have. I can only dream....

He's getting what he deserves picking Luke and Okoli and sidelining Aluko. I expected him to play a faster game, but we're just playing the shit slow 100 passes at the back.

I wish we'd stop doing this. Blaming a manager because he's not picking players who've never really played before.

Our players are s**t. Aluko has done nothing to show he deserves to start. Everyone wanted Marti sacked cause he wasn't playing Nelson earlier. Nelson's come into a defence that ships on average 2 goals a game and doesn't stand out at all. We actually conceded less goals when we had Faes and JV back there.

Our squad is s**t. It's just taken far too long for a lot of our fans to realise.

Same problems at the back, slow to react and out of position it’s all schoolboy defending can’t blame confidence it’s basics, they just are not good enough even at this level, and I include Nelson in that, doesn’t matter who the manager is, we still have the same players to choose from.

Yes they may be running around a little more since Garys arrival but this defence is going to relegate us.

I hope Rowett finds the right formula, but think it’s too little too late with this team.

They should all be embarrassed how this season has gone, but they won’t whilst the vast majority are picking up wages they won’t get elsewhere.

Who cares who it is or what they do at this stage. The club’s rotten and ****ing chocka full of wasters. A culture that breeds losers.

No manager in football can save this sack of effluent.

Unable to keep a clean sheet and playing without a goal scorer.

The season is done, embrace relegation.

The problem is, he has clearly decided this battle is not one for inexperienced players so he's going to have to try and get 5-6 wins from 11 with a horrifying set of senior players and a rough injury record amongst the squad.

Even with this brief little flash of positivity in the last week I thought we were still gone, now it's not even a remote possibility we stay up. We are down by a country mile.

This lot are shit but he should've rolled some form of dice at HT.. It was obvious we weren't winning that game..

What Aluko has to do for minutes I have no idea..

Looked like a Marti team. No urgency, no adjustments in system. No drive.

I was hoping from some aggressive forward thinking football.

That laid back possession based football has gone way past it's sell by date.

Maybe, but surely upon surely there's enough evidence these last two seasons to suggest that the wretched 4231 isn't serving us well.

PACK FCKING MIDFIELD AND RUN HARD.

It's irrelevant who the manager is at this point. A squad might be okay with 1 or 2 bad apples in it, but we've got a team full of overpaid, weak-minded losers. Until we clear the decks of this dross, we're not turning it round.

Okoli

Ricardo

Thomas

Vestergaard

Skipp

Winks

Mavididi

Fatawu

Daka

Ayew

BDR

I'd say all of these guys are in that category and we need to offload the waste this summer as a priority. I wouldn't keep any of them if it were possible.

In the last 2 games previous to this one, we shown some effort and some level of organisation, hence I had some hope, but after today performance, you wonder if the players are just paying lip service. Where was the effort today???

GR is not an inexperience manager, he knows the league he knows what’s required. I hope he lays into the players. The only positives from today was some key players (James& Laccesale) coming back from injury and getting some valuable minutes.

He appears to be another blaming the fear factor
The players are scared of playing at home...
It almost sounds like they are blaming the fans

He can't throw these weak characters under the bus too much publicly cause they'll down tools or throw their toys out their pram. But he's saying the right things here.

Saying he expected more, we were out fought, didn't press enough, it wasn't good enough, we have to make things happen, etc.

Pathetic excuse. The players get a relatively easy ride by our fans. Imagine the abuse a Millwall team would get if they gave that performance at the New Den. Rowett, of all people, should know that
