I don't like Rowett but this is not on him, it's the players and the ownership who have allowed them to become so entitled and uncaring for the club. Thanks Big Jon and Little Top and all the yes men, who are probably more interested in sucking up to the players and being their friends than holding them accountable.

Marti actually in hindsight did quite well to get some wins out of this lot, if we'd kept him we'd probably be safe by now.

It's not on him but he's useless, we could have given it a go to the end of the season

Genuinely dog water. He's walked into a mess, and made the least possible effort to fix it. Constantly playing the same players who got us into this mess, and setting us up to avoid defeat, before inevitably conceding then having to move into kitchen sink mode.
No doubt he will blame our finishing (which is partly right, but an easy cop out) and take zero responsibility.

Don't want to see him anywhere near this club in summer, if he somehow convinces this incompetent board that he's the stability we need to rebuild, I may genuinely not bother to watch us anymore until he's gone and we bring in someone of the Pearson ilk. 6 years of decline, the biggest fall from grace in modern times, and entirely our own fault.

Edit - I completely understand also that I'm maybe being a bit spoiled, 6 years of decline and I'm ready to throw the towel in, but it feels like 20 years of decline given how high we were and how low we've fallen, coupled with just how little faith I have in the board, and how little any of these players care, I just feel like this football club has become a complete waste of my life and I could be doing so many other useful things.

If we had a manager with a solid plan, players who were fighting, and a board taking responsibility, I'd be right there with you all in the gutter, but as it stands, what the hell is the point.

It's a risky tactic anyway, but given the kitchen sink we can throw is Sylvanian families size it's absolutely mental. What a donkey,

Just pay hamza up and get him gone.

i can’t look at his face ever again.

example of everything wrong with the club

They should have sacked him when he decided to drink drive.

This is on the owners and Rudkin, the squad is not fit for purpose and it's been proved time and again. No one is getting this team to perform, it's poor, lacks quality and leadership.

Moan all you like about the starting line up but any alternative is just a poor, it'll be the same next season while these clowns are running (ruining) our club.

The players are hideous but when a manager keeps picking the same group of failures, that’s on him.

Would Aluko in 2026 not be an upgrade on Ricky P, at least the lad can run all day.

Rowett’s late and reactive substitutions will always be a big blot on his short time here too.

He opted for experience week after week despite 1 win in 11

I’d understand if they were getting results, but to totally alienate the younger players which are the future is on him.
