Woeful.

 

Wouldn't want him anywhere near the first team next season. Same with Davidson, King and whoever the set piece coach is.

 

Bored of sentiment, we need competence.

That was to do with accounting I think. Rowett is on a short term contract so no compo to worry about.

We couldn’t even beat Sheffield Wednesday so I’m not convinced he would have got more wins. The only thing we’d have got would have been more draws. 
Failing to beat absolute rubbish like Preston, Watford, Swansea and QPR doesn’t give me any confidence in Rowett picking up wins had he come in earlier.

Agreed on all. 
wished well for Andy King after all he did as a player. But he fell into the trap all others have done. 
rowett was horrendous and squad selection at Blackburn proves this.

taking off 2 academy lads and playing players who are not here next season. Why didn’t he play Hutchinson at all or Aluko for longer. Won’t work with youth players. 
All need removing, sooner the better. Should have no say in any discussions for pre season.

Should be ashamed to tout himself for the job

He’s on a short term contract. The team was relegated a few games ago. The little twerp was here. YET. The final game of the season he is still begging for the job. That means AGAIN no one has spoken to him. One way or the other. 
 

This is beyond a disgrace of the coward successful sperm race winner and his lapdog

I’m not surprised he’s putting himself forward, who wouldn’t want to work for owners who pay well 

but have standards and expectations lower than a snakes belly?

I know he did a poor job but I’m convinced if he had 4-6 games more we would’ve picked up enough points. 
 

The faffing with Marti and horrendous run under King cost us.

The run under Rowett was equally as poor, King was down to 10 men twice in the first half of games, yes we completely shit the bed against Saints but to only take 3 points from games against QPR, PNE, Sheff Wednesday, Watford, Swansea and Pompey was the death knell for me, We could and should as a minimum took at least 9 points from that very winnable run of fixtures.

from watching Rowett over the years, I don’t believe we saw him being himself. 
 

maybe he tried to get into them early on and it went badly 

maybe he was told he couldn’t get into them 

 

Whatever the reason it’s odd.

 

add to that the club have never seemed particularly bothered about being relegated.  Was that was false pride ?  
just seems odd all round.

That set piece coach does my head in no end...out on the touchline shouting at the players every corner - trust the players, they aren't robots
