The khunt has never shown any signs of caring about the opinions of the fanbase. There have been years of anti-Rudkin chants and his response was to give the guy a promotion.

Nixon reckons we're making a 'last bid' for Martin, which suggests he's been resisting us so far. Hopefully he'll snub our final attempt too.

 

We are in desperate need of somebody who can instill discipline, establish defensive solidity and make us hard to play against again. Martin is a flaky ideologue who prioritizes his cherished principles over pragmatism, even if his teams are getting stuffed every week. It would be more of the same, but worse. An astonishing decision if it's true.

Russell Martin rumours are total bull shxt.

surely even if the club stupid enough to try to appoint him, and Brussell Martin must know he would be hated here!

That said, both are equally stupid, so it could happen😖

Russel Martin is clearly admired by either Top, Rudkin or both. Their hubris could be the reason we're going for him if true, so whats this technical director say? What is the point in this technical director? What are his ideas?

He'll have to deal with that wherever he goes, so it's probably not much of a factor unfortunately.

I agree that the issues are above him. 
But Rowett has shown zero tactical awareness and done absolutely nothing differently to try and change the results during matches.

Rowett is not the answer for next season and neither is Martin. 
2 wins from 14 is pathetic. 
Relegating 2 sides in one season is some achievement.

Release some sh*t about RM to get us all wound up and angry, before ending up with someone like Rowett.

Fans are then happy/thankful that it didn’t end up being Martin, even though we end up with someone meh

Part of me wants Brussell appointed just to get the fraud sacked ASAP and finally out of the picture.

 

Plus it means I don't have to rush back for the beginning of the season  as I'll be on my Brussell Fartin Sabbatical from the club.

I think we should seriously consider Ronald McDonald, Frank Spencer & the chuckle brothers in a joint 4 management venture ! 
 

It’s a match made in heaven and they’ll fit right in, like a glove ! 
 

With Dumb & Dumber leading the way upstairs what a magnificent team, what could possibly go wrong ?
