I bet the players are crapping their pants. After Hull scores their first goal, it's OVER.

Whether being on this LCFC squad will mark these players as untouchables for potential buyers...I hope so, but that's just the schadenfreude speaking.

Manager has nothing to lose: he knows he's a second tier skipper at best, and had just made it certaIn to the press that he's ran out of arguments and motivations with the squad.

So sit back and enjoy.

0-2 win for Hull, I can see it now.

Luke Thomas will give away a stupid free kick in the second minute by shoving their right winger over on the edge of the box. Lundstram will be left unmarked at the far post for an easy header. Andrew Hughes will applaud another job well done from the touchline. The heads of our players will drop as they trudge back upfield to take the kickoff, except for Harry Winks who will be engaged in a shouting match with a spectator telling him to fuch off back to Hertfordshire.

We will have zero shots on target by halftime. Rowett will make no changes in the break, telling the team they can at least win the second half and a goal would swing the match wide open. 5 minutes into the half, Jordan Ayew, in a rare occasion he is actually in the opposition box, wins a very soft foul that makes you think the referee gave it out of sympathy for our situation. He, being the bearer of our prestigious #9 shirt, decides he'll take the penalty. It's a panenka. It goes straight into the waiting palms of Ivor Pandur. Spectators have seen enough and return into the vomitories in droves.

In the 80th minute, Rowett sends Vestergaard up front again, and as stoppage time begins (+9 because of a lengthy injury treatment), Patson Daka is suddenly through on goal. With Monga and Fatawu to his left and a Hull defender closing in, Daka has the perfect opportunity to thread a pass to one of them. Instead, Daka tries the shot. He's 25 yards out. And it's from a tight angle. He skies it. Fatawu squares up to Daka while Pandur takes the goal kick. McBurnie beats Ricardo for pace and slots it neatly in the bottom corner, past Begovic who makes a half-hearted effort to dive.

Most of the remaining home fans leave the stadium at this point while a lone few invade the pitch to confront the players. The referee blows his whistle 2 minutes early. Nevertheless, a contingent of our fans clap the team off the pitch to acknowledge their stellar efforts; the players (those whom who didn't flee immediately) don't even bother looking up to the stands as they meekly clap in return before disappearing down the tunnel at the earliest opportunity.

I've got 33/1 on a Hull win, Hull to have more corners and Leicester to have the most cards.

Ive done similar to this but swerved the corner stat, changed it to Fatawu 1+ fouls instead 😂

Rumours on social media that Top will be there this evening. Operation Promote to officially launch with fireworks and a brass band straight after the final whistle?

I keep forgetting to bring this one up.

What a f***ng load of shit that is. Bullsh1t music (for my taste anyway), and totally panders to these pu55ies. Would actually prefer it if they put who the player that requested it was so we know which ones really like the really bad tunes.

Play some 90's rock/brit pop that most of them will hate.

What is the pre match music? been a couple of seasons since I've been (simply cba to make the effort to travel multiple hours for this club)
I always liked Club Foot, first time I heard it at a match I think was when I went to Norwich Away in the early 00s and thought it was a good atmosphere, we had it for a while and thought it worked well with the pre match flames and atmosphere. Gets the crowd up for a fight.

It may not be completely done yet but it likely will by tonight

Even if we were to miraculously win the last three it still probably wouldn't be enough, right? Even if we got to 50 pts (max possible) Blackburn and West Brom already have 49

Do we HAVE to win all three as it stands to have any chance?

@Les-TA-Jon you're the stats man - whats your take?

They’d have to give a shit for this to be the case, unlikely to happen.

In the days leading up to the Portsmouth game Rowett spoke about changes, firstly about being tougher and secondly a hint at a formation change specifically for home games. Don’t know if it will happen, right now if feels like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Just stop handing a free pass to start matches to  those who don’t put in a good shift, Mavididi is approaching Josh Low levels of doing f*** all in games and still getting picked next week. Winks shouldn’t be involved on form alone whilst giving minutes to Page, Aluko and Monga can only be beneficial to our future.

There will be bickering in the stands, we are, despite the evidence before our eyes, somehow divided, just remember for some their perceived “being in with the players” is all they have in life, they wouldn’t stop clapping even if they ridiculed us, laughed and swore at us. Oh hang on, they have. But when these fans argue and abuse the ones criticising Rudkin just as aggressively as the original point it feels like a powder keg waiting to go off.

Just remind these people they are  22nd-24th in the stats for everything and 24th in the unofficial stats for bottle, effort and integrity despite us having the biggest wage bill.

During the warmup they play 'tunes from the dressing room' where players request their own songs. Its stuff like Drake and none of it is the sort of music to get you going. From slow beat / bass heavy.  Started it last season if i recall.

Yes because 3 wins puts us on 50pts and Charlton (50), West Brom (49) and Blackburn (49) already have almost that many.

to stay up we have to win all 3 remaining games and have multiple other results go in our favour - at the very least those 3 rival teams would need to remain winless, with West Brom and Blackburn needing to lose 2 and draw 1 (at most)

We could get relegated on 4 separate days this week, depending on various results.

But what's most likely is we lose tonight and that's that.

Disagree - I want to see 90 mins from all our worst/most toxic players tonight - so they have to slog through a humiliating defeat and the horrible atmosphere and be there on the pitch to take some 'feedback' from the crowd.

Is Top honestly turning up tonight. 😂

Been missing for the best part of the season and decided to turn up to the one game I’d actually advise him not to go to.

Mind boggling. I hope he has a good time.

There been a press conference for this yet?

I don't believe there is one, they tend to use the sound bites from Saturdays post-match for some Tuesday games. The club has put an article on in the past hour with comments from Rowett ahead of tonight but it all seemed rehashed info from the other day. Nothing on the BBC Sport Leicester twitter account either.

The sad thing is, he probably won't get any s**t knowing the majority of our fans
