Can we please stop targeting injury prone players. It's a bloody joke.

Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, Leicester City and Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs are monitoring Greg Docherty as the 29-year-old Scottish midfielder awaits news on a contract offer from Charlton Athletic, where he has a year remaining of his current deal. (Daily Record)

This has legs I think.

Someone text me last night to say we were interested. Adds a bit of experience to the midfield.

Quite highly regarded by Charlton fans, good leadership qualities is something that gets said a lot about him, something we need amongst the younger lads in the side.

Is linked to Blackburn as well

Depressing to see so many outgoing links for our star players, lets get a Pete O'Rourke bomb please!

I'm oddly not bothered about ANYONE leaving. We all know the issues we've had at boardroom and manager level but the players played their part too. The workmate and running stats from last year showed them for what they are and the more of them that go, the more chance we have of changing the culture at the club.

Anything more on this?

With Bristol City having today signed Tolaj and strong rumours they're also in for Ballard and that's close, I wouldn't be  surprised to see this guy limp into Seagrave.

Vestergaard has gone. Soutter, Faes, Nelson and Okoli likely to. We will need 3 new experienced cb's at least as our academy players are not ready yet. A strong central midfield guy and powerful centre forward. Our up and coming academy players can take the full back, midfield and other forward positions.

Not a chance on earth he comes to us but if he does my years of posting about him have paid off

Just setting me up for a @Ric Flair & Tete situation

Looked on his Wikipedia -

"Adebayo suffered an ACL injury in April 2025. In November 2025 he stated that he had restarted light training. He returned to the squad on 14 March 2026 as a substitute against Wycombe Wanderers, but suffered a hip injury shortly after. On 24 March 2026, he was ruled out for the rest of the 2025–26 season."

Feels very Ricardo / Matty James / Aaron Ramsey, one big injury can really mess some players careers up.

I really don't think it should be us taking the risk to see if he's going to have reoccurring injuries or not.

I guess the only caveat to that is Matty James dropped to that level and got himself back on track. Would only take him if there were other strikers there too.

But I agree with the risks, Aaron Ramsey looked a player, but was a waste of a loan.
