Why didn't Luton keep him? Was it his call to not sign a new deal?

Another ridiculous signing. A non scoring crock.

What choice do we have? We can’t spend any money.

Pointless dishing out money on a bloke who is likely to not feature much.

If it's true re Adebayo, it proves we are looking at loans or frees because we have not a pot to pee in.  For the record, we, now are a lower league  club.

IF and it's a big IF he remains injury free, perhaps he can do a job at league 1 level.

It's the ridiculous contract RUDKIN will put him on I fear the most.

Still, I will give the bloke the benefit of the doubt he can't be worse than Daka.............

To be fair, if he stays fit he has the ability to play in our league and given his premier appearances for Luton, the higher two as well. He was a right handful in the prem.

I still think our scouting and recruitment network ought to be working better. This cannot pay a transfer fee is a red herring, what we cannot afford is a transfer fee for the types of player we'd ordinarily scout, the agent fee and the vast wages.

Only have to look at what our agents fees where in 25/26 despite not paying a transfer fee. We just do not have any innovation to adjust to where we find ourselves.

There's unpolished talent from across the world who would cost less in transfer fee, agent fee and wages combined that what we'll have offered Danny Ings for example.

Scout network isnt going to change over night, I'm hopefully this will improve under Jm

Every young inexperienced player that you add to the team pushes out one of our own young players, there's only so many young inexperienced players he'll include in the team.

We're lacking in several areas of the pitch with our existing youth. I'm all for playing our youth team, for you instance Mirsad Ali is not ready. Lots simply aren't ready even for league one.

Okoli is shite and grey doesn't appear ready and if we do move Souttar and Faes we're going to be very light at CB.

We're going to loan or sign on a free anyone that can fill the numbers. It would lovely for our superb scouting network to loan a mythical player that mysteriously isn't shite and is still available for bags or league one experience.

Whether it's a youth loan or 'experienced' loan it would still take a youngsters space either way! Some areas of the pitch we need more bodies it's as simple as that.

Name them please, baring in mind we'd probably loan them to League One

Really bugs me that we'd seemingly rather develop other team's youth lads over our own.

Don't we develop some of ours by sending them out on loan ? Braybrooke & Alves are 2 examples, unless I'm mistaken.

@Ric Flair

Mirsad Ali clearly isn't in RM's plans and Kevon Gray looking likely too.

I am loving the 8 or 9 lads that have had a great pre season and I think they should be in there, even though RM said some could go on loan, yes I'd be against that. I've seen enough of them!

But we are short of numbers in some areas (maybe more acutely after sales) of the squad and may need a smart loan. There are simply some positions where our own youth option isn't ready for league one. I'd love to have the headache of Aluko and JJ for every position on the pitch , we just don't.

You know more about the youth than me but a few loans looks a no brainer to supplement where we lack. And I'm racking my brains who we can attract to drop to league one who has experience and who will be available on loan.

Sorry but loaning a LB with our current depth and money situation is the move here. Hes 19 and going to League One, I would be shocked if he isn’t available next summer unless he is legitimately unbelievable in which case the year rental would be worth it. Don’t think he blocks any of our youngsters, and wouldn’t want Joseph/Aluko making their first impressions of the wrong side

Heard there could be another attacker on the way but no idea who or where from, just that it’s from one of his old clubs. Any ideas?

For normal clubs yes but Man C & Chelsea are different beasts hoovering up anyone who looks promising loaning them out with a view to selling for a profit, the chances one of them makes their first team is much less than most other teams.

How can you say they they're not ready before they've had a chance? Neale, Ogchere, Hutchinson, Care, Joseph have all impressed sufficiently to suggest they will be fine in league One, we know Alves, Aluko, Page and Braybrooke will be fine. Until you throw them in you don't know if they're good enough.

We’re taking whoever we can. Ben Breton Diaz is a free isn’t he? Who would be better out of those two?

A further reply will confirm that I believe those players should be in our squad. In fact at the forefront of RM's plans.

My original point was I don't see the issue with signing a loan youth premier League player over a mythical experienced loan and especially if in that one position we're very weak and especially if the our youth option isn't ready.
