If the choice of Free strikers was either him or Danny Ings then I am happy that we have gone for this guy. The potential upside of this is a lot higher than say Danny Ings. If Adebayo can play 30 games, then I reckon he easily gets 10 goals at L1 level. He has also scored at Championship level, should we be lucky enough to find ourselves back there after 1 season. 

 

One concern is that apparently Bristol fans have said how unfit he looks on trial there. If that is true, then that is worrying.

We need someone scoring 20+ though, not 10.

Played under Russell in 22/23 at Swansea, only has 1 year left on his contract and I doubt he will be playing for them in the Prem

Harry Darling I reckon

RM had him at MK & then took him to Swansea. 
Ball playing CB, a lot of their play went through him when RM was there

 

Hasn’t played a lot at Norwich since signing there especially towards the end of last season,

He would be a fantastic signing for us if we got rid of 2-3 CB’s

Even more reason to spend carefully what money we do have. A crocked striker is useless, we need someone to be first choice ideally with Ogchere an understudy. A better option is a loan for someone who will be able to play a lot of games. 

I didn’t disagree with you, but who? If we’re not paying fees for anyone we’re restricted to loans and free’s.
