Top and Rudkin have to the thickest pair of tw*ts in the whole of world football .... keep employing no good hopeless managers .... sacking them and having to fork out compensation time and time again ... and they never learn ... Martin won't be the  last whilst this pair of muppets are in charge

Depressingly true.

Is Martin George still involved. He insisted on MON and FM he was spot on.

I spoke with him 2 years ago immediately after QPR away and his passion for the club really shown through

Since when did Felix Magath manage us?

Everyone’s going on about possession football being shit, but Russell Martin’s brand of it is in an entirely different category. It’s surface-level possession, built on endlessly pissing about at the back and gifting goals to the opposition at will.

It’s called suicide ball, and I genuinely believe he could take over Man City and have them finishing below mid-table. That’s how ****ing bad he is.

Southgate is on a podcast today saying “I’d become divisive and that wasn’t helpful so decided to step away”

**** me the football world needs Martin to have an ounce of that self awareness lol

Becoming decisive was the final straw. He knew immediately he had to go—after weighing up the options for six months….

A disproportionate amount of full backs have two first names.

For us: James Justin, Jayden Joseph, Luke Thomas, Lee Marshall, Jordan Stewart, Ryan Bertrand, John Curtis, Neil Lewis, Kerrea Gilbert

For others: Reece James, Gary Neville, Philip Neville, Ashley Cole, Denis Irwin, Gary Kelly, Russell Martin, Graham Alexander, Roberto Carlos, Tyrick Mitchell, Rico Lewis

Special shout out to Trent Alexander-Arnold who has three 🏆

Ritchie Norman. Outstanding for us

It's genuinely fascinating how much this is mirroring his time at Rangers lol

Right up there Brendan for ability to spin a situation so it's anyone's fault but his.

Brendan at least had some success at the start.

True that, the issues only really started when he had his say on signings and him and Congerton were unable to build on the squad that Macia and Puel put together.

2 blokes that would be awful knobs in corporate jobs if they weren't in football.

It's annoying that he obviously is either capable of understanding the issue but doesn't have one iota of self reflection and realise that it's possibly the way he sets up his teams that continuously end up conceding so many goals.

Luke Thomas, Caleb Okoli and BDCR haven't done their jobs all season and they're still in the team.....what is the idiot talking about? I'm sick of the sound of his voice.

Simple, he'll be talking about Aluko, using it as an excuse to use/need more experience etc etc.

In hindsight, (and I’m not defending BR in any way cos I think he’s a pillock), but don’t you think on reflection that the issues started when he replaced Kasper with Ward, which would have been a financial decision by Top and Rudders.

Never got good enough replacements for big and little Wes. Shit, we didn’t get good enough replacements for pissing Soyuncu.

I think things could’ve played out a lot differently, but he’s still a nob.

We’ve got the best squad in the league imo. It’s really dead easy, set up similarly to the rest, we’ve got better players so we’ll win most games.

Exactly.  All we'd need to do is match up the opposition.

Thinking he's a long-term project now and that the club trust him to improve results.

Or we're a massive social experiment on how far you can push fan's patience with your club.
