I hope that I’m wrong but weren’t we all excited after the Florentina pre-season last year too?

Our players have “England syndrome” and buckle at any sign of pressure.

We need a jock Wallace Pearson,Fergusson type manager and an owner with bollox.

See that sand hill, run up and down it till your dead or fvck off.

Id fvck off 60% of the squad in the first training session.

I'd end up with a squad with bollox like water melons and up for any fight.

Sadly i dont see it in any of these ****s. I,d break the lot or fvck em off in a week.

Running up a sand hill till you're dead or f**k off doesn't  really improve the squad 🤣

So i guess you think running to Top behind the managers back is ok. Putting in a performance that warrents about 1% of what they actually get paid is fine.

What concerns me slightly is this is probably going to be a largely new squad, its going to take probably the best part of 6 months before we see the best of this squad. Will the manager get that long? I feel now we have to give the new setup a bit of time. If however we start with crap like BDCR etc I may review my stance, but if we are using new or young players we need to fully back them and be patient

I couldn't disagree more. We need instant success and we should have a squad that dominates this level. The young players like Alves, Braybrooke, Aluko etc are easily good enough for this level and shouldn't need time to bed in.

There simply won't be any patience from the fans at all I don't think. Maybe a few losses here and there throughout the season are acceptable but there is no way the fans are going to lap up defeats and put it down the squad bedding in - it'll be bedlam!

So with how Martin is living with Souttar, and based on how he’s handled the other departures in a very dignified way. I’m going to guess the board told him that he didn’t need to sell anyone else from his plans.

wondering if he might kick off if the club do end up selling him?

I wouldn't say kick off about the sale as it brings good money in. It be a problem if a replacement isn't found that he's happy with.

Bet he’s feeling a bit better about himself seeing how Rangers are currently doing.

That club is poison

I was thinking that. The former Hearts guy sounds frustrated already. This is a big job for Russ, for him and us.

Think that was pretty obvious when Danny Röhl upped and left.

I don't understand where this bit comes from - "There simply won't be any patience from the fans".

You're referring to the same fans that clap the players off after an unacceptably poor performance?  Our owners may or may not take note of any adverse reaction from fans in the ground (or reduced attendances, if that happened), but they certainly don't respond to criticism from forums such as this or from reputable fan representation groups such as Foxes Trust.

yet rangers fans still seem to think was way way worse than anything else.....

McInnes is the worse manager rangers have had after 4 games(its an actual fact)

*im by no means saying RM wasnt awful at rangers, but its the fact of the matter something is massively wrong behind the scenes as well, cos Rohl left(as you mentioned) the first chance he got and to the austrian league

Be interesting to see how long McInnes lasts

This is because certain people that support us decided he was an arsehole before he came here and rammed it down everyone’s throats.

75% of people on here judging by the first few pages when he was appointed. Such a lazy take and lack of any ball knowledge

Would have been a good chance to get Mccarron on it as well …

That would be very good.

Fingers crossed at some point :fc:
