Friendlies don't matter, but  Martin I think they have importance. Poor pre season results will just feed into the criticism..

 

They are fitness exercises but it doesn't feel like we've actually slapped someone in a friendly for bloody ages.

Just saying it as I'm seeing it.

 

If he was playing great I'd say he was playing great but he is not playing well so I'm saying he's not playing well. 

 

Like I said before it's early in the game but he has gave the ball away alot, missed easy challenges and also put the keeper in danger leaving an open goal. He may just be having a bad game so far and come into it.

 

Or is it harsh to say this and I'm meant to lie or gloss over the truth?

Commentary team just said he was doing ok. As I said, playing RB but high up the pitch. It’s a tough role.

Is Aluko a RB because his attacking movement and positioning is really good. I have to admit he looked very good in some attacking patterns of play then. Maybe RB transition is not his position 🤔

It feels strange actually enjoying watching a Leicester team.

 

I like how we constantly have the ball in the opponent's half instead of passing it around our box.
