1 year deal is sound! We’ve got to get a lot of players in and let’s be honest he’s better than Ayew and Daka 😂 should be good for league 1 surely

Ings is never fit

20 odd games last season ain’t to bad and we need 2/3 strikers so an experienced one in with 2 youngish ones is ok I’d think. We need a lot of players and some experience to mix it up.

At least he plays for the team unlike Ayew.

For some reason I thought he was quite injury prone - doesn’t look like he actually is

Would still make him better than Ayew and Daka

It doesn’t cos he has a worse goal ratio per game than Ayew 🤣

I think Ings is better minutes per goal though

I mean, if you take our recent history out of the equation, a one year deal in league 1 one when we are in desperate need of a striker and one who can also hopefully help some promising youngsters, it's not a bad deal.

However, we are scarred as a fanbase and jinxed as a club. ACL gone before the season starts.

Hasn't been prolific in the last 6 years. Not for me.

Obviously you're right, but any striker who has been 'prolific' recently probably isn't going to fancy coming to us?

...when you consider we have no money or future prospects, I think we have to take what we can get!
