You just know the KPFC worshippers on Facebook cannot wait for the first bad moment under a new regime to shout careful what you wish for! Told you so!

The Ginettas are already baking Top a goodbye cake. Bet they're inconsolable. Hopefully someone's shown them to brochure. She had us valued at 500m the other day.

Leuven fan here. Checked with some people who know more about this stuff than me this evening and this is not 'news'. KP has been actively open to selling both clubs for years, it's just the first time that someone from the intermediaries involved leaked it.

And do Leuven fans hate Aiyawatt as much as we do?

Starting the season strongly is even more important now.

If we can be top of the league in November time then we'll be a much more attractive to a potential buyer.

If we're floundering in the middle of the table then our value will plummet.

Its more formal now thats ever been - citi's involvement is significant.

Key difference is we are actively trying to sell now. Hired brokers to push it and obtain offers, whereas previously may have been hinting we'd sell but probably only softly and for a monumental amount.

So the tweet is disingenuous

it’s actually saying that KP would like £200m but they will only get £150 due to us being in league 1

Fatawu

Monga Is £30 odd million

Was Bilal factored in as an asset last season?
You can see why £50m easily wiped off

Kevin Davies resigned as Secretary (on Companies House).

Only if the money has been taken out of the clubs balance sheet

otherwise were assets last season and now cash

and the point I was making is that if relegation means we’re only worth 150 then the owners wanting 200m is irrelevant if they realise they’ll only get 150

But now there is a reduction in turnover, wouldn’t any excess cash just be offset against running costs.
As opposed to last season, squad assets plus parachute money year one and year two that was rumoured to be part utilised would have the club on a much healthier footing than now.
