I’m so arrogant that I honestly couldn’t tell you who else is even in the league.

I was going to post similar but say I’ve paid that little attention that I’m not sure I could name a single player who plays for any of the other clubs. 100 points minimum.

But in all seriousness, I worry that our squad will lack depth and experience dependent on what further business we do so doubt we go up automatically.

I'd say there's not much at all between the bottom half of the Championship and the top half of League One. Unless we see a vast improvement and players coming in, the main competitors will be all of them.

All I know is that we’re in the same league as Burton Albion. As someone born and raised in Burton I say this with complete affection…. That is fvcking bullshit.

Its abhorrent that we got relegated from one of the worst championships in history. Our prem relegation under Rodgers was equally as ridiculous.

Massively disagree. League 1 is absolutely garbage. I guarantee the 3 teams promoted last season will struggle in the championship.

I'm not settling for anything less than winning the league. Just need a striker and I think we'll do it.

All I know is that we're in the same league as Cambridge United. As someone that has lived in Cambridge for 20 years and always regarded them patronisingly as a little club that it's nice they are trying and I enjoy seeing them do well... but it is fvcking bullshit.

Think MK Dons could be up there, done some decent business and have momentum bit like back in 08/09.

 

Think us or Wednesday will scrap it out for top 2. Rarely is as straight forward as that though.

 

It’s not a forgone conclusion that we walk this league. Far from it.

I’m struggling to find motivation to care about our club, never mind the other 23.

 

However, currently we have an average squad age of 25.8 apparently, which is the 10th youngest in the league. That isn’t a bad thing really, as I thought we would worse. We’ve got two players in the squad above 30, in McCarthy and the other is Bobby Reid.


However still a lot of time to go and I think many will under estimate this league. I believe we could well wobble and find ourselves mid table, as don’t have a spine to this team that gives me confidence.
 

None of our centre backs really want to be here. 
 

Our midfield is untested really. 

 

Our strikers aren’t exactly screaming 20+ in a season.

 

We have one wide player who has been out of form  for two seasons.

relegation from PL under Bodgers with that squad was way worse..unforgivable
