no surprise really given theyve been looking at him since the start of the window

can image the club will want closer to £20mil and a sell on clause for Page....

Can we given them Skipp for free as part of the deal? Maybe he can be their over 20 B team player like Spearing at Liverpool.

Remember - it was the young lads fault we got relegated last year, and its sad we got raided for all the experienced players we had.

Meanwhile we are signing Blackpool’s second choice keeper.  Oh Mr Dufkin what have you done to this Club……

Would have made no difference, on the bench or playing if a 'big club' comes in for you you're 99.999% going to go.

Exactly this

if anything it’s the opposite- he is only getting the move because he had some first team exposure

Needs to be a ridiculous fee in my opinion to let him go. He himself was only saying the other week that he was looking forward to getting regular game time this season, so we need to play hard ball.

Does highlight the mismanagement of the club though. Plough a humongous amount of cash into a facility to develop top talent at the expense of investing in quality on the pitch, only to then descend the leagues and see the top talent you've developed sold for a pittance. Why no one has been held accountable is inexcusable.

We want 25m min

Zero chance we get more than for monga - behave - 10m max and that’s a pure punt at future potential

They probably think it's a sign the club have been well run after all the relegations were unavoidable and not anyone's fault well apart from the moaning fans.

If this is legit, we'll probably end up with a bit less than the Monga deal.

Reckon about £8m with add ons and a sell on clause.

All talent developed at lower league clubs get sold to higher leagues if there any good - that’s the whole point of the blooming system- tells me the academy is in a decent place if we are banging out our 16 and 18 yr olds for 10m a piece to top prem clubs

isnt that the whole point - the decent ones will always go upwards and you live as a club off the spoils - that’s 101
