Problem last few years has been players with poor behaviour. Thought we got rid of them; so instead we signed some more 😒

If it's true that he feels "replaced" then that is a poor attitude.its something that annoys me in this generation, it's main character syndrome, and his brother is fuelling it.

 

You won't be at any club the only striker. You improve as a player if you have competition, as he'll have to up his game to get in over Riis. It's a team game and I hate selfish people. He has to realise he's young and from another country, the English game is probably more demanding. He's struggled in some games, so far but that is to be expected and the more he knuckles down and learns, he'll get better. He shown bits that's I like and there is talent there.

 

It is also a question mark on his agent. If he doesn't like the style of play, why sign for us? If it's just the money, then don't complain about the style of play that you signed for. It isn't like he came in before Martin was manager. 

 

This is all hearsay at the moment, so we don't know fully know what is happening.

 

But if we had a proper captain in the team, they should be having words with him and telling him to work hard to prove why he should be the main striker and proving people wrong. That is the attitude I would expect. See the signing of Riis as a way to learn about how to be a striker in the English league and to better yourself as a person. 

 

A good example is Vardy. He was crap in his first season. He was struggling in his first season, but he had the support network in Pearson, Shakey and a captain that believed in him but an arm round him and that made Vardy the player he became. The right attitude and help can see you through and better yourself. That is what Bristric needs.

So let me get out the potential checklist so far:

 

✅ History of falling out with coaches

✅ History of disruptive temperament 

✅ Moved country and unsettled

✅ Previous stats didn’t scream world beater

✅ Unhappy at being replaced

✅ Has not looked great when played

✅ Does not like Martin

✅ A bit of a naughty boy

Goes back to when Pearson and Walsh had a ‘bloodline’ for a type of player they wanted. We lost sight of that which is why we end up with a team full of tossers and an even bigger one in the dugout.

It’s not just Admir who isn’t making the squad. Every single one of those club signings and the non coffee mates didn’t make the last squad. Never give the striker the number 9 shirt then openly say in the press Riis was your number one target. Idiotic. 
 

I’m not saying that Mcfarlane and Admir haven’t done anything wrong and standards shouldn’t be set. But we very much like look an inconsistent mid table league one side with I’d assume lots of players we brought in likely already frustrated. 
 

A manager that has consistently thrown players under the bus and it’s his inability to adapt to the players at his disposal that eventually leads to it all falling apart. So Faes a massive issue for us as a club over the last few years and he’s straight back in, someone’s judgement is clearly questionable. 
 

Personally I don’t think his man management skills are up to much and inability to adapt or willingness to change the style whatsoever will ever work. That’s at least the pattern for RM. 
 

We can’t go a full season like this and rely on players likely not having this chump and expecting to get 90 effing points.

He doesn't change anything based on scenarios though... it's all one way so it's very contradicting

The Problem as always is Jon Rudkin, I am much of the opinion we need to fall as far as he is going to take us until we somehow get rid of him, anything else wont fix the fundamnetal issue which is him, new managers will get the same results with the same tools.
