He is prepared to take his share of the responsibility. What precisely is he not responsible for? As far as we know, he has control over all departments of the football operation. Every staff appointment, player signing, contract extension, every outgoing loan, every scouting mission - Rudkin is responsible for all of it. The club has crumbled under his watch.

😳 just listened to Rudkin interview and I now see why he never gives interviews. He’s about as articulate and inspiring as his boss. That was insipid. Explains why we’re in such a f’ing mess.

Everything about this club is lazy, half arsed, soulless, crap. From the board to the social media. Like a student handing an AI generated essay and not even bothering to delete the prompt at the top.

Finally accidentally listened to it when looking for the McCarron interview to find out how away with the fairies he also is.

 

Came away from it terrified that no active sale is going through.

 

As I said in the thread I was linked it in; his wording in not confirming the club is up for sale, and re-emphasis on Top's commitment to the club, makes it seem entirely possible that no 'acceptable' bid was lodged and they are now praying for the form to turn before anyone realises no sale is going through.

What shit does he actually get though? He's not exactly hounded out of the west stand like he should be. I doubt he reads anything online. I genuinely wouldn't be shocked if he thinks the majority still back him.

This guy doesn’t have the skill or competence to ‘resolve’ the situation. He is like an alcoholic who won’t admit he has a problem, in denial. The reason we are shit Jon is because you are out of your depth, I don’t care if you got lucky 5-10 years back, the performance of the football operations which you run, over the past 4 years has been shit, it’s on you, the club still persists in chasing and outdated vision of football with players who are not good enough or mentally strong enough to play that game. It’s like seeing the iceberg and increasing the power to full.

Unless he lives on the Isle of Man and wears ear defenders at every home game I don’t think he’s avoided the feedback.

The thing that really gets me is the man's complete lack of professional pride. I find it amazing that someone can be as objectively terrible at their job and fail so spectacularly by every metric and just carry on. I understand that he gets mega money, but I honestly don't think I could live with myself if I was that bad at my job. I would step down because I have some pride in what I do.
