Temporary pavilion is at the Western end of the Ratcliffe Road End, so East would be the Fox Rod side of that stand.

He puts it in good areas and tends to tempt batters into big shots but his pace and height make it difficult to play them well. I think it’s why he’s good at cleaning

up tails. Can’t really argue with his record.

The NZ first class season doesn’t start til late October, whereas Australia is early October so hopefully it’ll be fine! NZ cricket could do with him playing in big finals.

Trains are running from Loughborough. We are planning skylink to Loughborough then train from there I think.

Saturday I did Flixbus for £4 and then an Uber back from Notts cost £52 - split that between 4 or 5 of you are laughing - £25 return to your doorstep on basis of four sharing.

It's not TU. The Yü Energy Stand partnership at Trent Bridge (started 2018) officially concluded when Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club signed a new long-term sponsorship deal with Acrisure in March 2025. The former Yü Energy Stand (originally the Fox Road Stand) was then renamed the Acrisure Stand. 

 

Yesterday was superb, the atmosphere was bouncing by the end. Great to see Scriven bowling back somewhere near his best and the outfield catching by Shaikh was as obscene as his batting!

Traffic not too bad getting back to Herts, back through the front door at 8.20pm
