They’ll probably get points added on. But 30 wickets in not even 2 days is wild. Good job they’re not playing Glamorgan

Listened to some of the commentary they seemed to think the pitch wasn't that bad combination of poor batting and some excellent bowling

I think I heard the same comment from Ali Brown, although being ex Surrey they could be closing ranks. I’m more to thinking it’s the lack of technique of the modern day batsmen to play the ball on a pitch offering seam and swing and as you say excellent bowling.

Noticed on the Surrey v Yorks match report following 23 wickets tumbling on a pitch described as a "roulette-wheeler", that "Surrey will await the verdict of match referee Phil Whitticase in his post-match report with some anxiety, in the knowledge that under new ECB regulations for this season, a "below average" rating would see them stripped of any points gained."

You know what to do Phil! 😁

Hampshire in all sorts of trouble but it's looking ominous at the Oval.

Just need to hang on for a draw here (a few batting points wouldn't go amiss either) and we're potentially dragging Yorkshire and Glamorgan right back in.

Never struck me as the type to court controversy

given the closeness between us and Surrey, seems a strange appointment as match referee

Surrey could well reach their target

Is Hull coming in at three and batting through an entire session against arguably the country’s best attack in bowling conditions more or less surprising than keeping two clean sheets with Luke Thomas at centre back?

Better than his bowling!

How nice to hear 85 year old John Cotton at the ground today  on comms ex Notts and Leicestershire one of over 100 ex players at old players day today.Spoke about this before but it's shameful that we don't do anything to celebrate the players we have enjoyed watching over the years.
