Step daughters cat was killed, she's in bits. Hit & run, they left him to die. Drove him to the vets in Glenfield, but he was DOA. Only 9 months old to :(

You see this is why I could never own a cat. It's not fair to confine them to the house, but I would just worry about it all the time if it was out there in the street.

 

Hope she feels better soon.

There are indeed some right characters on here. Big Al, Moose, SF, yourself and Ken make me absolutely howl at times all for different reasons. Your posts crack me up, we all know about Ken's, Al is definitely still a virgin, and I love reading SF and Moose's arguments. I definitely side with Moose on this after having been stalked myself by the other.

The sad thing is people feel the need to be anonymous. SF is definitely a keyboard warrior who never contributes to any discussion apart from a few snidy remarks. Moose is also only willing to hide behind his keyboard too.

I've got Moosey down as late 30's myself

Thought I was being hounded by some random mobile number, been ringing me most days for a week, sometimes more than once. Just kept ignoring it.

Just found out its my ma's new number. Nightmare.

got home to my neighbour drilling.....through a gas pipe. Had to evacuate his house and he couldnt find the value to switch the supply off. Bloody nightmare, nation grid turned up pretty sharpish thank goodness

You know those days where You walk out of work just knowing you have achieved loads and you're getting loads of acknowledgement from your coworkers who think you're great?

Well neither do I. Been a bloody awful few days at work.....

Got a £50 voucher and a commemorative pen from work today after we secured a 7 year extension to the project I work on. This extension is worth £660m, so can't really complain about a freebie and a bit of job security.

Unfortunately I'm the same for the first part but not so much for the second. Get loads done, clear a load off my chest and the team workload, but very little credit.
