Ric Flair Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Thank god you're here Ric.Please vote for me in the awards, looks like I'm going to be all dolled up at the awards ceremony only to see Thracian walk off with half the prizes. I might turn up in an ape costume, that will upset him. I'll get voting.
Fat Ron Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Comment on Bluearmy.co.uk from Milan... “I am looking for someone to stamp his authority on the players in terms of how they play and what tactics we use. All points to Souness... Didnt Sheppard say something similar before he was apointed at Newcastle??
The People's Hero Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 It would seem that Mandaric has gone back to the drawing board, which is concerning to say the least. Concerning but amusing in the extreme. Who needs a manager anyway? Expensive wastes of money.
Master Fox Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Whoever we get is going to be shit. We just have to accept it while keeping our moaning to a minimum.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 I couple of months ago, everyone would have been delighted if it was between Ollie and Megson. We are not a premiership team and I think Leicester fans have expectancies way above realistic. We only need to worry about getting up, once we are there, Milan can reasess the manager situation. I for one am disappointed it's not Tigana, but I still think Ollie is next best of our 'realistic' targets. Take a chill pill everyone

Tigana and Jewell are obviously not coming and Dowie and Holloway and distinctly average managers. Grayson interests me, but i'm not sure he has the experience Mandaric wants. Get Souness in, horrible man, but he's proven at this level and beyond.
The People's Hero Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Come on Keegan. Time to emerge from the Tuesday morning mist, lance in hand, riding on the back of Spencer Prior. Battle primed and just slightly slightly deranged. It's not a great job Kevin, I'll be honest, but you can play as attackingly (word!) as you like and for 5 games you'll have the unconditional support of well, some of us. Have I sold it to you? Ok, well put the lance down and we'll talk it over, over a bakewell tart. All for you though, I hate the stuff. And it went off last week.

STUHILL Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Sportinglife.com .....But he has denied any approach to Argyle over Holloway, telling the Plymouth Evening Herald: "There is no truth in the rumour. I haven't contacted Plymouth and he hasn't been in my thoughts about getting the job." Home Park chairman Paul Stapleton added: "There is no truth it. I spoke to Ian at lunchtime today about loan transfers and contract talks for other players."...... If Holloway does come then both chairman are bloody liars

I haven't contacted Plymouth (his agent has) and he hasn't been in my thoughts about getting the job (I'm worried he'll turn it down)." Home Park chairman Paul Stapleton added: "There is no truth it. I spoke to Ian at lunchtime today about loan transfers and contract talks for other players (I've told him that I will not let him take any Plymouth players with him)."...... PAFC 2 Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Holloway will never join a worse club than Plymouth and he loves it down here in Plymouth. Believe what you want but he won't be coming to Leicester. And whoever said Cherno Samba to Leicester you can have him he is currently looking for a new club and is available for free.

Who did say that!? show yourself, now, I bet it was Dan. Typical Dan suggestion, absloutley shit. If you think your club is bigger or better than ours just because you've had a better start to the season you need your head looking at.
The People's Hero Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Holloway will never join a worse club than Plymouth I know it's not what you meant - but you're right. He'd struggle to anyway.

Manwell Pablo Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Not at at training, interesting. Looking like it could be him. Hey 20 quid up, a nice much needed reality check for Plymouth (who) Argyle fans as well, better club. Christ. The Highlight of their history was winning Division Two 3 years ago and we've never even played at a level as low as that! Sheer cheek.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Looks more likely.Link The Argyle first team squad had been off for four days but training was taken by Geoff Crudgington and Des Bulpin, with Holloway and his assistant Tim Breacker notable absentees. Can we have those two in charge instead? Splendid names. They sound like local radio presenters.
Master Fox Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 I’ve never really paid much attention to Plymouth or Holloway, but this may seem a stupid question to some of you but why is his nickname Ollie???
PAFC 2 Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 Argyle are a better club than Leicester and you know it!!!! Holloway may of missed training but he was probably out on a community event or something like that but you can still have Cherno Samba but just remember Holloway is going NOWHERE. You Leicester fans obviously haven't seen how passionate he is about the Westcountry. If you were a bigger club then yes he would go but your not anymore. Your big club days are in the past and the only reason you were ever a big club is because of our player Lilian Nalis (our vice captain) and I must say he is better down in Plymouth than he ever was for you. Happy posting

PAFC 2 Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 What a sad twat you obviously know that I am telling the truth then. And you're calling me a sad twat look at all of your supporters. I'm sure you'd react in the same way if everytime you found a good manager he was linked with moves to smaller clubs. Like yours! ****ER
