Ashley Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Bruno, Bruno, Bruno, Bruno. Bad move for Bullard if you ask me, Arsenal was rumored to be interested in him. Step down in the world for Bullard no disrespect to Hull.

Wycombe Fox Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Mods please feel free to delete. Sometimes my enthusiasm gets the better of me.
dandannieldanok Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Fair play to Bullard, if contract security was in the forefront of his mind then at premier league level he's done as good as he possibly could have done. And no chance any of the big clubs would have come in, does anyone seriously think Arsene Wenger would have offered him a 4 & 1/2 year deal. I reckon Hull will finish below Fulham but Hull are probably just about a bigger club so more of a side-step than a step-down.
Brainy Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Huddersfield have signed Anthony Pilkington (Stockport) and Lionel Ainsworth (Watford). Both great deals.

Uncle Monty Posted 24 January 2009 Posted 24 January 2009 What a move by Heskey! I'm not sure if it is a good move for him, do you really think he will keep his place when carew comes back?
Stevosevic Posted 24 January 2009 Posted 24 January 2009 I'm not sure if it is a good move for him, do you really think he will keep his place when carew comes back? O'Neill said in his interview "he can play with carew, he can play with gabby so it's exciting". I get the impression he is going to be he main man up top for them.
davieG Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Albion are set to complete the signing of Preston North End midfielder Jason Jarrett on a permanent transfer in time for Tuesday night's visit to League One table toppers Leicester City. The 29-year-old midfielder, who has played most of his football at Championship level, will complete the transfer tomorrow, signing a deal with Albion until the end of the season. Micky Adams said, "I am sure Jason will prove an important addition and can add another dimension to our midfield while bringing some added experience to the squad. "He is an energetic box-to-box midfielder who can operate in either an attacking or defensive role anywhere across the middle." Bury-born Jarrett began his career at Blackpool before spells with Wrexham and Bury, but it was at Wigan the six-foot midfielder made his name under Paul Jewell, as he helped the Latics go from the old Division Two to the Premiership. He left Athletic shortly after their promotion to the top flight, moving to Norwich, before a loan switch to Preston in March 2006 became permanent in the summer of that year. The midfielder, who played on loan with Leicester last season, will link up with his new team-mates tomorrow and be part of the Albion squad which travels to the Walkers Stadium for Tuesday night's match. Albion tied up the deal with Preston earlier today, and chairman Dick Knight finalised the deal earlier today with Preston counterpart Derek Shaw.

The 35-year-old joined the Blues on loan in 1999 from Italian side Castel Di Sangro and signed a permanent deal a year later, costing the club £130,000. Cudicini will provide competition for Heurelho Gomes who has been the subject of much criticism this season. Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has been looking for a goalkeeper ever since reserve team stopper Cesar Sanchez was released earlier this month. Voted Chelsea Player of the Year in 2002, Cudicini has found his chances limited since Petr Cech's arrival in 2004. BBC - Link Great buy, think its purchase of the window atm.
