The way she's sat with her legs across him and the way he's got his finger pointing makes it look, when you look a certain way, like he's naked. If you look right at it it just looks normal, but if you look at his face so the finger is at the edge of your vision it looks like he's naked.

The trick is to scroll at a faster than usual rate, your subconscious will notify you that you've seen a penis but you actually haven't.
