You're not grumpy, I totally agree. People have spent money on tickets, hotels etc. It's not funny they've been let down.

 

The company isn't fake though, that part is made up. It's been around since 2006 and Richard Arlison isn't a name connected with the company. Companies House doesn't even display names like that on its site. Unless of course there is a fake "company", not actually set up on companies house using that name, which if that's the case they haven't just screwed over Liverpool fans, they've screwed over the legitimate coach company too.

I guess if a Forest fan did that to me  after we reached a euro final I’d be after them big time…
